Serenno Surveillance

TB-705

Guest
The void of space shimmered and an unmarked, unarmed frigate emerged from hyperspace. Utilizing conventional thrust, the vessel traveled for four days before arriving at the edge of the Serenno system, where it then powered down all non-critical functions and proceeded to simply sit... and observe.

Any long range sensors would fail to detect the ship, due to its plethora of stealth equipment and an abundance of passive and active jamming or sensor baffling systems.

Aboard the vessel, Thengil sat within his meditation chamber and simply waited.

As the ship went silent, The Slave sat in one of the comfier seats in the cockpit, idly watching the nothingness that was space do absolutely nothing. It was a dark abyss that sucked in his attention like the cruel torture he once experienced as a child, yet for some reason in this moment it seemed to hurt worse. With a clench of his jaw, he threw back his head and let out an annoyed groan before tightening the coat he had on around him and leaning forward to press one of the buttons he knew to lead to Thengil’s personal comlink.

Are you done yet? We’ve been doing nothing for days, and I think I’m actually dying.

Perhaps he was still a tad bit too young, or he simply never knew what it meant to be patient. In Thengil’s words, he’d of passed it off to his moxi, the way he carried himself, but to himself it was just his need for something to do, to forever occupy his mind.

There has been nothing pass by since we began. Nobody is here.

He spoke with a scintilla of rolling annoyance in his voice; yet one he didn’t intend to hide.

The least we could have done was take my ship.
