Unlike conventional stealth systems, the Matrix does not simply deflect signals or bend light alone, it goes beyond that. It alters perception through layers of woven illusions, runic wards, void-infused circuitry, and bleeding edge technology. The result is a veil that obscures an entire installation from sensors, scanners, and even Force users, unless they are powerful or pure enough to pierce its illusions, and conventional cloaking. Its design alone far surpasses any conventional stygian cloaking devices on the market.

Because the system also draws on metaphysical energy, it is especially potent in areas saturated with the Dark Side. However, it comes with steep limitations. When active, weapons and shields cannot be used without temporarily dropping the cloak, and extended use risks system strain. Only elite Kainate locations, flagships, and specialized stealth vessels are permitted to house the Matrix.
