Nowadays, Ru had fallen back from the limelight. She was no longer the Jedi she was when she began her career. Much of her training was hands on, as back then the Sith were numerous, with a vast empire that spoiled many lives in its wake. Now, especially with the schism with the Jedi Ranks, it was vital that those who were coming up had a way to receive the training they deserved. As it was hard, now, joining the ranks of the Jedi. They were spread too thin with sects all over. With the rise of the Academy coming into fruition, hopefully things will change for the better.
She was however with her newest apprentice, and young lady by the name of [member="Kail Myn"] she had taken a rather fascination to her, and was more than willing to take her under her wing. She held a potential she hadn't seen in a while.
They had taken Ru's Jedi Training Cruiser to Shili, the homeworld of the Togruta Master so that they may begin the training of her padawan. Such isolation was how Ru had been training her newest batch of students. It was a lesson for her just as much as a lesson for them. As an instructor it was always good to see what worked and what didn't.
