STRENGTHS
Juggernaut: It's defenses are almost second to none. It's Shields are strong enough to surprise even captains of other SSD-Sized Vessels, to say nothing of its molecularly bonded Impervium Armor, enabling it to with stand even the harshest attacks, even tanking Rail Cannon Fire. It's strong enough to withstand the bombardment of a large fleet of heavily armed warships while extracting the wounded from Battle. Even it's Solar Sailers are shielded against Turbolaser Assault.
Escape Clause: It's SSD-Grade Hyperwave Inertial Momentum Sustainers can help it escape Interdiction Fields meant to capture ships of its size. It's also has SSD-Grade Shroud Dispensers that enable it to break Tractor Beam Locks from other SSD Sized Vessels
Super Star Hospital: Vast Supplies of Medical Equipment and Medical Droids to treat thousands of patients on the ship at the same time, with full medbays and surgical theaters to treat even the most life threatening injuries, along with onboard Production Facilities for Bacta. It also contains a Massive, Upscaled Healing Field Generator so powerful it can heal almost anyone aboard the entirety of the vessel itself. The Healing occurs very slowly over the course of four hours, but can treat even the most serious of physical injuries
See No Evil: It's SSD-Grade Soliton Antenna allows it to detect whenever ships come out of hyperspace, and it's Ultra Long Range Scanners allow it to detect threats at twice the range of Ships this size. It's SSD Grade Targeting Jammers make it very difficult for even the most advanced missile to get a Lock, and Plays havoc with Starfighter Targeting Systems as well as Capital Ship Targeting systems within range of firing on it
Hear No Evil: It's SSD-Grade Defenses include an SSD-Grade Comm Jammer, capable of jamming all hostile ship to ship or ship to crew communications across multiple Star Destroyer Sized Vessels attacking it. This Jammer is extraordinarily difficult to overcome without the best ECCM measures
Speak No Evil: Contains Guest Rooms for Diplomats as well as Conference Rooms to Conduct Negotiations. Also has SSD-Grade Encrypted Comms, making it's Ship To Ship and internal Communication Systems extremely difficult to intercept and decipher

Born by The Winds: Four Moon Diameter Solar Sails allow this ship to render it's passage virtually undetected when entering or exiting Hyperspace, as they don't use on board power
Self Reliant: Multiple Capital Ship Grade Molecular Furnaces and relevant parts from EVS Construction Droids allow it vast self reliance at acquiring repair materials, breaking down salvage and raw materials to reforge it into almost anything it could need, allowing it to go for potentially years without going to a Drydock
Peace Herald: Capable of deploying vast numbers of Medical Shuttles to relieve vast numbers of the injured, each Equipped with Mobile Medical Station Kits and Medical Capsules along with Medkits, Synthicators, and Garment Fabricators. You could treat the entire population of a Large City at once with these. Also, in keeping with it's peaceful mission, it's Droid Marine Force is Equipped with Non Lethal, but Highly Effective Anti-Personnel Weaponry, even it's security turrets are upscaled Phantom Lasers. It's weapon Suppression Fields are so powerful even Lightsabers won't be able to do much damage in it's confines.
Fixit: It can also repair itself to completeness over the course of three days if it has enough repair drones and repair materials
Blink of an Eye: It's Giant Integrated Hyperdrive Ring enables a very fast 0.1 Jump, enabling it to go almost anywhere. It's also much faster and more agile than ships of this size normally are
Defender: If boarded, it has several Legions of Droid Marines to respond. It's vast protective capabilities are justified as safeguarding humanitarian efforts and goodwill
Shadow Healer: Multiple Stealth Systems, one being a Stygium Crystal Cloak capable of Shielding the Entire Ship from nearly all forms of detection for up to three days. The Second is a Capital Ship Grade Defel Mimicker that obscures it from purely visual Detection, making Visual Targeting or flying close difficult or even dangerous. The Mimicker can work for up to 007 Days
PRAISE THE SUN!: Possesses an upscaled, SSD-Grade version of The Castle Morpheus Solar Recovery System, allowing it to remain fueled by parking over a Star and passively absorbing it's Energy for 007 Days, refueling all Bioreactors
Automated: A BRT Supercomputer coordinates all Sensitive Systems and functions, coordinating treatment efforts, Escape, and defense against external enemies as well as enemies who have boarded it. This vastly reduces the need for Large organic Crew Sizes...the crew here wouldn't be even a Skeleton crew on a real SSD
WEAKNESSES
No Weapons: Absolutely no Weapons on its hull, not even Point Defense Lasers
Hyperdrive Ring Target: While the Shielding and Armor are absolutely Top Notch, the Hyperdrive Ring presents the Largest, most obvious Target for enemy vessels
Boarding Craft: As it has no weapons it cannot actually prevent Boarding Craft from reaching it save for self obfuscation. Should it be boarded it must rely on its Weapon Suppression Fields, and ship Security Force to repel assault
Continuous Beams: Continuous Energy Beams present one of the largest threats to it, able to whittled down shields and armor slowly but significantly
One or the Other: It's more Special Systems, such as it's stealth drives or SSD grade Mass Healing Field, can only be used one at a time, not all at once
Hole Poke: Though it's Sails are shielded from Turbolasers, it's still vulnerable to Missile Strikes
Recharge Vulnerable: When it's recharging via Solar Energy is the best time to hit it, as any damage the Solar Collection Arrays take is likely to cause cascading damage to other systems it's connected too, potentially crippling the vessel
Mass Impact: Don't bring it next to Asteroid fields or you will have a bad day. The shields can't adapt to Multiple large, irregularly sized masses hitting them
Weaker Shields in Front. To better protect It's Ion Engines and Hyperdrive Ring, shield strength is focused on the Sides and Rear of the vessel. While those sections of the shielding are rated at Extreme, the Front Section is only at Very High. This is also where the Sails are stored, adding to their vulnerability
Hyperdrive Limits: Can only Jump 007 Times in a Row before it needs 007 Days to recharge
Better with A.I.: If the A.I. is knocked out, It becomes much harder for the crew to manage all systems in a timely manner, as well as coordinate moving and repairs as well as Patient Emergencies
Sail Size: The Sails are the size of a Large Moon, making easy targets
Sail Retraction Time: Takes 42 minutes to fully, safely retract the sails, making the ship a sitting duck during that time period
Shield Recharge: It's Shields are of Extreme Strength, able to withstand Orbital Bombardment Scale attacks, but once Shields are drained, it takes 2 days to completely recharge them
Healing Field Limits: The Healing Generator can only be active ten Hours before it needs 48 to recharge
DESCRIPTION
The Shield of Sacrifice is one of the single largest and most protected Hospital Ships in the Galaxy. More of an Unarmed Fortress with Engines, It's secretive designer classed it as a Super Star Healer--an SSD Sized Hospital Ship which is extremely difficult to destroy even for very advanced, heavily armed fleets, offering Maximum Protection for even the most severely wounded. The Civilian Vessel's military grade defenses are justified by the presence of multiple factions who wouldn't hesitate to destroy a hospital ship out of pure bloodlust, to say nothing of just how tempting a prize it would make to capture intact. Current Conflicts make the thought that a Hospital Ship won't be targeted a laughably naive idea.
Commissioned before the Tragedy at Rhand, Xiphos built the vessel to help cement her Alliance with the Red Witch as well as demonstrate her technological prowess, it also serves as Xiphos's way of trying to give back to the Galaxy.
Publicly attributing the design falsely to Eternal Empire Naval Engineers, The design is a first of its kind, designed to relieve the suffering of entire planetary Populations and in Xiphos's mind, is only the first of many. As with all ships made by SMS, no makers marks or serial numbers of any kind can be found on the vessel.
