- Market Status: Closed-Market
- Model: Shikkari Shadow-Silk
- Modularity: Limited (Once woven into a garment or armor, its properties cannot be changed or reforged)
- Production: Limited
- Material:
- Void-Woven Silk: An augmented textile, imbued with shadow manipulation properties.
- Wraith Touched Fibers: Harvested from the essence of slain Dark Side spirits, allowing the material to react to will and motion.
- Ashes of the Forsaken: Ritualistically burned remnants of Shikkari predecessors, bound into the weave to preserve their knowledge.
- Sacrificial Blood Enrichment: Subtly inscribed glyphs that enhance dark sorcery and act as a channel for the wearer's power.
- Taozin Threads: Thinly interwoven strands that disrupt passive Force detection, aiding in stealth.

- Shadow-Warping Properties: The silk subtly blurs and distorts light, making the wearer harder to perceive in dimly lit environments.
- Phantom's Embrace: When moving, the material allows the wearer to blend into darkness, making them seem like a shifting shadow.
- Taozin Skin Fibers: The material's intrinsic Force sense-dampening makes it difficult to track a wearer through the Force.
- Wraithborne Memory: The silk reacts to the will of the wearer, tightening, stretching, or shifting its flow instinctively.
- Sorcerous Conduit: The inscribed Sith glyphs allow enhanced use of Dark Side rituals, shadow magic, and Sith illusions.
- Death-Touched Aura: Those near the fabric for too long experience a faint sense of unease, as if being watched from the void.

- Cloak of the Unseen: Bends light and perception, allowing the wearer to move undetected in shadows. Force-dampening properties make it difficult for Jedi or other Force-sensitives to sense the wearer unless they are actively searching for them.
- Adaptive Motion: The silk reacts to movement and will, shifting and altering its texture and flow. It never billows unnecessarily, preventing unwanted noise or detection in high-speed movement.
- Ritual-Enhanced Sorcery: The inscriptions on Shadow-Silk serve as ritual amplifiers, enhancing Dark Side spells, illusions, and concealment abilities. It allows the Shikkari Blades to vanish into thin air and the Embalmers to preserve ancient knowledge within its weave.
- Resilience Beyond Cloth: While lightweight and flexible, Shadow-Silk does not tear easily, resisting kinetic force, blade slashes, and moderate energy damage.

- Vulnerable to Intense Light: Direct exposure to powerful, concentrated Force Light attacks can strip the material of its stealth properties.
- No Protection Against Direct Attacks: Unlike armorweave, Shadow-Silk offers no significant resistance to lightsabers, high-energy weapons, or direct kinetic trauma.
- Bound to Darkness: If worn by a non-Dark Side aligned individual, or a non-force sensitive not aligned with the dark side, the fabric remains inert, its shadow-manipulating properties fading. Jedi who attempt to use it experience a deep unease, disturbing whispers, and the feeling of unseen eyes watching them.
- Requires Presence in the Dark: In environments dominated by the Light Side, its stealth-enhancing abilities are severely diminished.
- Nullified by Force Suppression: Within Force nullification fields or areas dominated by Ysalamiri, the material's Dark Side properties cease to function. The silk loses its shadow-warping effects, its Force-dampening qualities are negated, and it becomes nothing more than fine, but mundane, cloth.

"The Shikkari do not stalk their prey. They are simply there, unseen, waiting. By the time you realize they have come, you are already dead."
Forged in absolute secrecy by the Shadow Hand Darth Prazutis within the sanctums of the Shikkari Order, Shadow-Silk is no mere textile, it is a garment woven from darkness itself, imbued with ancient sorceries and alchemical methods to render its wearer nearly imperceptible. This material is a closely guarded secret, known only to the assassin-priests of the Shikkari, who wear it as their ceremonial vestments, cloaks, and war-garb. Crafted through a process as ancient as the Shikkari themselves, each bolt of Shadow-Silk requires the essence of slain wraiths, the ashes of fallen predecessors, and the blessing of the Kas-Kissai, the secretive, nameless leader of the Shikkari.
Once woven, the material is not just worn, it becomes an extension of its wielder, shifting with their movements, responding to their intent. It allows the Shikkari Blades to become invisible specters of death, slipping between light and shadow with unnatural ease. To the Embalmers, it serves as a preserver of knowledge, binding the secrets of the past into the weave, ensuring that the old ways are never forgotten.
Despite its strength, Shadow-Silk is not invincible. Direct, powerful light disrupts its effects, making it far less effective in well-lit areas. Unlike armor, it offers no real protection beyond its minor resistance to slashes and kinetic force. Furthermore, it is bound entirely to the Dark Side, if wielded by those attuned to the Light, it becomes lifeless, its secrets locked away forever. To wear Shadow-Silk is to be the abyss, to walk unseen, to be neither man nor ghost, but something in between.
