- Description: Trenchcoats waving in the wind, gasmasks pulled tight, and durasteel helmets. These are the markings of Rav’s Peacekeepers. The Shili Sector Auxiliaries have adopted many of the personality traits of their leader, having been regarded as some of the kindest, most level headed members of the New Imperial Army. Strong care is placed in not only combat training, but deep psych evaluations and ready treatment for PTSD and other mental and physical strains that may develop on their members while on the battlefield. Many times, they are more concerned with acting in supportive medical, evacuation, or even security roles then as a frontal combatant, though with recent times this has changed. They approach war as grim work, something that must be done in the face of Sith Oppression in the Outer Rim. The men and women that work within the Auxiliaries are cycled out regularly for shore leave, creating a rather green, yet non-world weary fighting force. All in all, they are fighting with the mindset to preserve and protect their home, and this mimics in their actions on the battlefield.

- Combat Function: The Shili Sector Auxiliaries operate as more of a supportive unit to the larger facets of the New Imperial Armed Forces in comparison to the Imperial Army and Stormtrooper Legions. It’s common for the Auxiliaries to be placed onto another command during their deployment, and generally are focused on a single front during wartime. Through this, they act as a spare supply of bodies and manpower. Normally, they are headed by Moff Vyshraal on the field himself, in the trenches with the infantry, ducking blaster fire and shouting out rallying cries to his men. The Auxiliaries, however, will rarely be pushed onto the direct front lines unless in situations of TOTAL WAR, they find their purpose in homefront defense of Shili and Corsin, or helping with reconstructionist efforts throughout the Sith-Imperial War. Since their inception, many units of the Auxiliaries have been sent to the Braxant Worlds to assist with the rebuilding of communities against the Braxant Run Bombardment. They exist despite the warfare, more of a national-guard than a proper army or combat unit, though times have forced a shift in the priority. In the fronts of the Sith-Imperial Wars, they are brave warriors. Composed of the rank and file of species from the sector, they put their lives down on the line to defend home and country. Moff Vyshraal pushing forward an identity of guardians on the Auxiliaries, it’s common to see Auxiliaries shoulder to shoulder with the 501st Legion, which they share a kinship with on the battlefront. While they will never be as well trained or combat effective as the 501st, members of the Legion hold the Auxiliaries in high regard.

- LEGACY OF NOXWALDA - Due to his experiences in the Battle of Bastion, Moff Vyshraal pushed heavy emphasis on the Auxiliaries being able to deal with any Force Sensitive, Dark Jedi, or Sith targets they may encounter on the battlefield. Thus, they have been equipped with rather expensive Charric rifles in order to deal with the sabers commonly employed by these hostiles. Along with that, a basic understanding of their combat abilities have been instilled in every infantryman.
- SUPPORT OF THE BOYS IN BLUE - Ravraa Vyshraal served his time in the New Imperial Stormtrooper Corps under the 501st Legion, commanding Dorn-2 Squadron during his time. Through this, he made connections and friends throughout the Legion. When he was elevated to Moff, and put in charge with the creation of an entire new branch of the New Imperial Armed Forces, the 501st willingly volunteered to assist with the training and raising of the unit. Thus, the Auxiliaries have been pushed through dumbed down versions of 501st training regiments near the end of their regiments. With heavy influence in their Anti-Sith training coming directly from 501st doctrine.
- COSMOPOLITAN COMPOSITION - Despite the name of the Shili Sector Auxiliaries, the Auxiliaries actually pull from both the world’s of Shili and Corsin for their makeup. Leading to a fair amount of Human, and even rarer, Mandalorian volunteers into the members of the Auxiliaries. It is a point of pride to the Auxiliaries that they are one of the most inclusive units in the New Imperial Order, going out of their way to push propaganda recruitment for all species. It’s fairly common to see propaganda posters with various different species portrayed for recruitment into the Auxiliaries.
- VOLUNTEER ONLY - While Moff Ravraa would argue this as a benefit, the effect it has on the immediate manpower of the Auxiliaries must be stated. The only way into the Auxiliaries is to sign up for it, and if Moff Ravraa had his way, conscription in his sector wouldn’t even be allowed. The Auxiliaries is formed out of only those that wish to serve in it. No more, no less.
- OUTGUNNED - Despite the standard equipment of Charric rifles, the Auxiliaries are some of the least funded units in the entire New Imperial Order. Often requiring loans and outside funding from groups outside of the sector in order to make ends neat. This leads to recruiting drives having to cut back or even reject applicants entirely simply for the fact that there aren’t enough blasters to go around for the entire Auxiliary Force.
- EYES TO THE SKY - As a supportive division, the Auxiliaries have no form of air support dedicated entirely to them, no off-world transportation, and rely entirely on the good nature of the New Imperial Navy and other aspects of the New Imperial Armed Forces to assure that their equipment and troops can make landfall on hostile shores. This leads to supply shortages, as commonly other sectors of the New Imperial Army will be prioritized over the Auxiliaries.
When the New Imperial Order set first on the world of Shili, full war broke out between the populations. This event became known as the First Togruta War, a Civil War spreading across the planet between the New Imperial Order backed Shili Sovereign Alignment and the Galactic Alliance backed Republic of Shili. Moff Ravraa took to the planet during the fighting. Once the blood had settled and the final of blastershots finalized over the horizon, the Iron Sun was fluttering over the capital city of Corvala.
Any other man would have had the sympathizers put to the sword or shoved inside of jailcells.
Moff Ravraa was not any other man.
He saw purpose in the Republicans strife, as much as he aligned himself with the Imperials themselves. There now were two native and homegrown military forces on the world of Shili, a world he wished to protect, a world he wished to see prosper. A beacon of peace, liberty, and equality across the New Imperial Order. The first step to this was assigning men and women to serve in the front for the world. The Republican Army of Shili and the Sovereign Forces were disbanded, and they were given the option of either being sent into civilian occupations, living on a social welfare gifted pension, or entering in service with a Transsector military force dedicated to the service of Shili’s interests, foreign and domestic.
Many took the Moff up on the offer.
Ever since, the Auxiliaries have worked hand in hand with the Imperial Army and Stormtrooper Legions in service across the New Imperial Order’s Warfront, pushing back the Sith and laying down life and limb in service of home, Moff, and Imperator. Oftentimes, this would be following the Moff into combat, the Iron Sun raised and screaming over the battlefield.
War is a terrible thing, fought by those wishing to spare the rest from it’s horrors. Nothing of honor, nothing of truth, bloodshed due to the baser desires of man. Moff Ravraa understands this, and attempts to put his Auxiliaries between the horrors of the Sith and Shili.
