Should Darth Carach be Demoted?

Let's be honest here, the last time he got demoted--to Sith Knight--it got him active again because he simply couldn't live with the fact that other people were Sith Lords, and he was not. So I propose a community vote. If there are more yes votes, Carach will have no choice but to request a Sith Acolyte tag (yes, double demoted).

If no votes, he can be smug and nag me for days on end about how stupid I am.
