Should this NPC, become a PC? Opinions!

Hello all!

I was looking through some things I've made in the past, and stumbled on one of my gems and asked myself a question I couldn't answer! So I look to you to gauge on your opinions

So, back when the Primeval was a force to be reckoned with, I made a BUNCH of cool neato NPC "Warlords" over a handful of systems within their territory. One of which was Aaray'ad Ba'jurir, Warlord of Echoy'la!

The question is simple and stated right in the title:

Should this NPC I created become a character I roleplay as? Let me know your thoughts!
