- Most members of the Scar Hounds tribe aren’t exactly renowned for their sophistication; heavily cybernetic fighters make for themselves weapons they are able to do so from looted raw materials. This strange weapon is also the result of this.
- This rather strange looking, heavy weapon is quite brutal. It can also act as a stabbing and cutting weapon, so there are several ways to use them. The opponent can be crushed, stabbed, or even cut with it.
- Most of the weapons are also equipped with a vibrogenerator, so they also function as a vibroweapon.
- It is easy and simple to make from any metal and can be brutal in all its shapes due to its weight.
- The double discs cause cutting injuries, the pointed end of the weapon can be used very well for piercing, it is also great for use against armours; and the head or handle of the weapon itself may be even used for crushing.
- The weapons are often quite worn and rusty, so they can even cause sepsis if the opponent survives the attack and doesn't clean the wound properly or doesn't get tetanus.
- Brutal: The weapon is heavy and can be used in several ways. It can be used for crushing, stabbing or cutting. Even without the vibroweapon function, stabbing and crushing are very effective.
- Sharp: Thanks to the vibrogenerator, it cuts or pierces through most standard materials.
- EMP/Ion: EMP / Ion attacks destroy the vibrogenerator in the weapon.
- Low-grade: Not the best quality, meaning it can be ruined quickly and can’t resist the attacks of lightsabers either.
The Scar Hounds Tribe has grown into the largest tribe and force in the Brotherhood of the Maw over the years. The tribe has always been famous for making various weapons and vehicles from the plundered raw materials. Members of the tribe also had to learn this if they wanted to stay alive and be useful to the tribe.
And one of the simplest and most widespread weapons was the Bonecrusher, which was very easy to make and also a very brutal weapon. As usual within the Scar Hounds Tribe, this weapon also looks quite archaic, although it is used primarily as a vibroweapon. However, if the generator breaks in them, they are still perfectly usable as archaic weapons due to their size, weight and design.
They can be made of any metal, although they won’t be too durable, but that doesn’t really matter, they are very easy and cheap to make. Because of their brutality, Pride also started making them, after all, they can use them great too. Since the ingredient metal can be anything, even Scar Hounds can mass-produce them on the planet Mar'Zambul. Sometimes more unique blades may occur, but not very typical.
They are brutal, can be used in almost any situation, are easy and cheap to manufacture, and can be easily replaced at any time. And old, broken pieces can be melted and used to make a new weapon. It is precisely because of these that there is always a sufficient quantity available to the tribe, or even the entire Maw.
And that’s why these fit perfectly into the Scar Hounds Tribe's arsenal.
Not least, the weapons are also available to individual buyers through the HPI Consortium's marketplace.
