Shyran isn't necessarily benevolent, or malicious. They take contracts from any who will pay well, but as they are somewhat indebted to the Galactic Alliance, will build their warships, or Starfighters for a lessened price. Outside of that, while not claiming to be shipwrights themselves (yet), they are skilled and can follow schematics to a letter; in this way they learn as they go along; and take what could relatively be seen as scraps for their work; after all, their interest is much more fielded in the realm of learning from what could be potential future enemies, and appearing servile the galaxy at large. All the same, their leader is a mysterious woman, who is known to be cruel to those she deems incompetent.
RATIONALE
Almost immediately following the last war one the planet of Sacrelli,
Barefu Shysa
's parents begun pooling their people together to kick their mining efforts into overdrive. It is fair to say their people have the reagents for several SSD class warships simply collecting dust; they sell what they need too, and keep their noses in the dirt. What started as a few scrapped together buildings is now a company that runs off of food and patriotism. A sense of oneness that has allowed their people to thrive, and become rich off of the planet they live on. As the Supreme Ruler of the planet, Barefu simply inherited this great legacy, and has no intention of slowing it; intent on being the one of her people that has finished the construction of an orbital shipyard, she pursued that goal endlessly, and when it was completed; she simply waited.
