A young man, enlisted out of the streets of Ord Mantell from a hard-working industrial family, Sid is happy to serve and welcomes the chance to pay back the Empire, who transformed his home from a series of slums into a bustling trade center, and the pride and heart of the newly formed Empire.
With lawlessness and crime reduced to a mere afterthought, Sid feels it appropriate that he should do his duty to the Empire.
After narrowly surviving the onslaught of the Jedi at Tython, Sid was given a promotion and put forward into more service with the Empire- with a bit more resolve and less reservations than previously, after witnessing the Alliance slaughter his friends and comrades gleefully.
