Before I say anything else: having a development thread with a bunch of practically inactive people is a huge failure.
When I first tried to start doing something with Maria's company Siechel Transystem, I failed because of that one reason. Now I want to do that all over again, but in a different way. I'm looking for a person to join on in on two development threads where I'd set up outposts on two planets so that water transportation could begin.
