Headquarters: The Sonn family moved the headquarters of Sienar-Jaemus to Rothana, however Managing Director Volcata telecommutes from a satellite office in First Order space, and is actively looking to relocate the administrative headquarters of the corporation to First Order space in order to exploit the pro-business environment of the growing empire there, and to use the advantageous tax benefits to improve the bottom line of Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems while making a symbolic gesture of embracing SJFS's major patrons.
Locations: Rothana - primary operations and shipyard ring. Dosuun - temporary satellite office while the new management negotiates tax incentives to relocate operations to First Order space. The new management is also interested in expanding to factories and shipyards elsewhere.
Operations: Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems designs and builds starships -- primarily military vessels and in particular the newest generation of Twin Ion Engine starfighters -- TIE Fighters, for short. Among the most advanced starfighters in operation today, Sienar-Jaemus' updated TIEs are the flagship models of the updated Siernar-Jaemus catalog. Sienar-Jaemus is also looking to expand its civilian and military shuttle, civilian and military transport, and naval lines.
Rationale: Following the retirement of Ileris Sonn from the position of Managing Director of Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems, Aurelia Volcata -- formerly an idealistic Republic Senator, turned cynical industrialist by the destruction of her former government -- was offered the position of Managing Director by the Santhe Corporation. After a round of discussions with the Board, Ms. Volcata agreed on the condition that the administrative headquarters, and eventually operations, be transitioned to First Order space where she currently lived and received medical care.
During their discussions, Ms. Volcata agreed to work closely with Sasha Santhe and consistently report corporation business regularly, as well as to keep her informed of any important items as they arose.

Description: The long and storied history of Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems has recently entered its next chapter with the retirement of Ileris Sonn from the position of Managing Director. Aurelia Volcata, who built a reputation for business and finance during her career prior to, and in, the Republic Senate, where she served as Finance Minister and a trusted member of Prime Minister Lasedri's cabinet. She was diagnosed with Quannot's Syndrome and was forced to resign to undergo treatment, the silver lining of which was that she was not tarnished with scandal when Lasedri went off the rails and wrecked the government.
Following her disease going into remission, former Senator Volcata, having fled the One Sith and settled in the relatively stable nation of the First Order, began seeking employment. She took a position with Sienar-Jaemus in management, and had worked her way through the ranks so that, when Ileris Sonn retired, the former Senator was an obvious choice. Volcata took the position of Managing Director when Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems was at the top of its game, already working with the First Order to design and manufacture revolutionary new starfighter lines. With the corporation in a good place, Volcata began to put out feelers to the First Order to see about getting an advantageous deal to move operations to First Order space -- first for the tax benefits, and second for the security and stability that the First Order provided.
Currently, however, operations remain concentrated at Rothana, while Aurelia works remote from Dosuun, and on-site at Rothana, on a three-weeks/one-week schedule. Most day-to-day operations can be run remotely, but Volcata likes to show her face and meet with management and mid-level managers regularly to keep her control over operations solid.

Parent Company: Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems is by Santhe Corporation. Upon the retirement of Ileris Sonn, the shares once held by the Sonn family were recently bought back by the Board of Directors, in order to offer them as part of incentive package to the incoming Managing Director, Aurelia Volcata. The terms were identical to those offered to Sonn -- regular monthly reports as well as annual in-depth reports to the Santhe Corporation.
