Signature Animation Help

Specifically, my request is to animate the picture in my signature.

In this picture, I was hoping for a slight animation of the eye's of all the droids, and the sith in the picture. I know it's a simple request, but I think it would add immense detail to the picture itself. Another possible request is the addition of a gothic black frame around the edges if possible, and if there is anything else a person would like to add to this, I'd be more than willing to accept it.

Thanks in advance for anyone able to assist me, and I'm willing to give credit where credit is do if you wish, with a small footnote under the picture itself.

That is awesome!

Some possible changes, if you're willing, is perhaps the eyes could be more 'rippling' rather than transitioning? So like a glistening, rather than slowly changing between two colors. Sorry if I didn't explain enough!

And as far as the frame, could we something more along the lines of say, this?
