Hello Artists!

I am a very amateur graphic artist, but I am no good at making any sort of graphic that includes GIFs and that is what I'd sort of like. I am envisioning an Alliance/Republic themes signature with a left still image, a middle still image, and right GIF image or some combination of that formula.
