When had been planning for some time to get her company back into the galaxy, their sales had been so low and she would sigh as she had to put many to there....no more it was time to build it up and get a new droid out, she had the phrik now she needed a few more things and she would be ready to build it

The good part about this was she knew who owned both of the two things she needed, and that happens to be her husband [member="Gray Raxis"], through man owned westar and a another company as well

However she first needed to get the silicar that was the biggest part

So she had contacted gray and told him to meet at the westar headquarters to discuss some business

Gray had been working with his designers for the past few days at the WESTAR headquarters on Annaj. They had somehow found a way to not only blow up the blast door that was meant to be a safety measure testing some new items, but also catch half the lab on fire. It had already been contained and put it thankfully, but the lab was completely off limits until it was all fixed. The problem was not so much because of the lose of productivity though as much as it was enforcing the no working in it while it was being rebuilt. He had to make them all go home with no pay as punishment for destroying the lab. The biggest problem for them though was not because of the lose of pay but more of not getting to have their fun.

So with all of that finally handled, Gray headed to his office feeling a tad exhausted. It was hare he got a message from his wife [member="Stardust Raxis"] that she was coming to his headquarters on Annaj. The only odd part about the message was that it was about business. He wondered what it could be about though since she was meeting him at WESTAR HQ. The company could create some blasters for some security droids, but he wasn't aware of any in the works at Industrial Automaton right now. He send a confirmation to her and then went to go relax by laying down on his couch in his office. He just needed to wait for her to arrive so he could find out what this was about.

She decided to actually show up in a shuttle as opposed to the usual star fighter she flew, she had wore a business dress to look the part as she adjusted it on her with a sigh

The shuttle had landed and touched down with her standing at the shuttle door and watched ditch open as she moved slowly down the ramp and started into the building, she made her way to the secretary who led he to grays office

Gray had fallen asleep on the couch as he waited for his wife [member="Stardust Raxis"] to arrive at the office. He just kept laying there sleeping deeply as some attempts to contact him via his holoprojector on his desk were made. He didn't hear it or notice it as he just kept laying there past out after having had to be up too long while doing so much. He was use to not getting sleep, but after awhile it just all sort of hit him and it seemed this was that moment. So he just continued to lay there on the couch as someone showed Star the way to his office for him.

Gray woke up as soon as Star came in through the door. He slowly got himself up off the couch and slid off to one side of it. He patted the other side as he smiled to her. He listened to what she had to say then said back in response, " You know that's not going to happen. It always takes longer for us than we expect every single time. And you know why it does." He just chuckled a bit as he thought of how that could sound then continued on. " So what brings you to WESTAR Beautiful? Did you want to grab some of the new guns off the line along with some of the attachments? I know how much you love holding a long, heavy rifle in your hands." He winked and smirked to her as he finished speaking. Never passed up the chance to flirt randomly with his wife.

She gave a huff as she saw him wale up when she entered, poor gray had been so busy with everything going on here hadn't time to sleep, she would've let him sleep however that could be later As she walked over and sat by him" had I known you was sleeping I'd let you sleep but...oh dear hahahah sadly not thus time I've actually got some business to do"she said as she listened to him and gave a small blush then a laugh" as much as I'd love to try whatever your mad scientist has cooked up I'm here to get a contract with you for a certain material for a new droid that industrial automations is going to be makimg"she said probably to [member="Gray Raxis"]

Gray was a little surprised that his wife blushed to his comment, but was happy to see that. He just smiled to her as she began to speak. She mentioned a material for a new droid project, but he wasn't sure what that might be. Sure WESTAR had a phrik mine under their ownership now to use for their projects, but the same was true for Industrial Automaton. He wasn't exactly sure what it was [member="Stardust Raxis"] was wanting from him at first, but then it hit him. Silicar! She was wanting to get silicar for the droid. Well now things made more sense as to why she needed to do things officially here.

Gray chuckled a bit then said, " Ah you want to talk about using silicar right? Well then we have a bit of an issue. That is a Raxis Independent Designs product not a WESTAR one. I have been thinking of turning RID into a subsidiary of WESTAR, but haven't gotten to it yet. We can still discuss things but wont be official until I get over to the headquarters on Trenwyth to fill out the paperwork." He just smiled to her and placed a hand on her leg. He began to rub it as he continued, " So ready to get into it Beautiful so we can get to the part were we just take a nap on this couch together?"

She looked to him and listened as she smiled, she had to admit she didn't know which company had the silicar, but hey at least She was here and could discuss all the things she needed to do and more then likely get her the contract

She gave a chuckle and sniled" not a problem dear hahaha though I do have paper work you need to fund out just agreements and such about it all, then you gotta head to the headquarters for RID and get all that stuff signed, this will be the droid that revives IA "she said with a great deal of enthusiasm and energy excited that she may be able to start the once great company up again selling newer and better droid"yes let us discuss business then after we can both lay here on this couch and sleep

Gray listened to [member="Stardust Raxis"] when she replied. The droid to revive Industrial Automaton eh? That would have to be a real masterwork because of how far behind the company had gotten before Star had taken it over. The previous owner had done nothing with it and allowed their products to run rampant on the market. R-series units had become a public property item even though it was still under a patent. It was a real mess that his wife had inherited, but she was determined to bring the company back up from the depths to being what it once was. And he was going to do what he could to help with that. His silicar seemed to be part of it, so he was going to give it to her.

Gray said with a smile as he kept rubbing his wife's leg, " Alright. How much do you need or are you looking for a long term contract to provide it for an extended period of time? We will sell it to you 10% over cost of production if that is good with you. Need to make some profit for the sake of the employees. Or we could do a thing were we give Industrial Automaton the recipe and just get a percentage of all sales using it. How would you like to handle that? Also how would you like to handle the shipping? We can hire Justice Shipping or use a different company for it." He waited for her to respond from here. He was pretty much giving the stuff to his wife, which was fine with him. His companies were not so much about personal profit for him and more about offering the jobs to others anyways, so it didn't bother him to not spike the profit margin sky high like a business normally would.

She smiled as he rubbed her leg and put a hand on his"I was thinking having the recipe would be wonderful, makes it so then IA can locally make it in case of say you guys can't ship something goes wrong etc etc "she said as she handed him the pad over that had some things that need to be signed, wasn't the official just the usual signing and such"as for how much I need enough for about 2 squads worth of droid"she said with a smike on her face as she leaned in"and I'll pay about...8 million to your employees as a personal thanks

Gray listened to everything his wife had to say about the deal. He nodded his head as he listened because it all sounded fairly straight forward and standard. At the end of it all he grabbed the holopad and began reading through it. He said as he read, " Sounds good to me Beautiful. I will have to handle the paperwork though and do the whole no unapproved sales of silicar by RID in your produces, which shouldn't be a problem, and the trademark secret policy that means any production of silicar not going into the approved produces is not allowed either. Standard stuff and its not like our companies are completely unrelated by this point. Once we get all of that done we can get the process over to your employees for the agreed upon price."

Gray began to sign every thing after he finished speaking. It was all standard stuff he had to due for the sake of his company even if he trusted his wife completely. The main issue was her employees and this guaranteed that they would not do it or be open to sever punishment of law. He smirked as he finished the last bit of signing and said, " And can't be having you just give my company a gift of 8 million credits. I will have to earn it for them in some way, but the question is how ever shall I do that Beautiful?" He winked at her as he put his hand back on her leg and squeezed. He was back to flirting, but that was the way he wanted this to be with his wife.
