Designed by Sasori for the silver jedi after they left for the ancilla. Matsu giving them a better means to access their equipment with the pendants. Each one holding enough Material to form their robes so they can travel incognito as the silver jedi are largely going to be vanished from the galaxy. The ability for them to go and as needed while they reorganize and investigate sites of precepts across the galaxy would be important. For her jedi though they would also need something to remember that they are part of a group and a family. The jedi grandmaster worked on much more of it as well as each of the jedi within the rest who came to the ancilla was presented with one and showed how it functions strengthening their bonds and making it so a force meld between them could be easier to achieve.
