- Multiple maneuvering jets and aerodynamic fins allows this missile to work both in space and atmosphere with a high level of maneuverability.
- Guidance system utilizes multi-lock technology to both get visual, thermal, and actively radar guided based missile locks making this missile extremely hard to spoof or defeat with standard chaff, flare, or even using most standard EWAR systems, meaning that to defeat the missile you have to maneuver.
- Great against shields and disabling Electronics: The warhead on this missile is Ionite-A encasing a baradium charge designed to turn this ionite into a fine powder which will then disrupt enemy shields and electronics.
- Good against counter-measures: Multi-lock tech in the guidance system makes this missile extremely difficult to defeat or spoof this missile into following counter-measures. This means that in order to defeat this missile you have utilizes maneuvers or point defense weaponry.
- Larger missile: This missile's large profile and silhouette makes it a much easier target to shoot down for point defense cannons and star fighters.
- Predictable flight path: This missile will only lock onto a target and then go straight for it. So for a guided munition it won't be able to make longer turns to suddenly come back around, and once it acquires forward facing target lock, this missile has to keep the target in a 70 degree arc to keep track of the target. If it loses track of the target in this cone, it will deactivate and detonate itself to keep itself from falling into enemy hands.
This missile as a part of SIM Series for use as a part of the arsenal for capital based missile weaponry. This missile's specialty is disabling enemy shields and electronic systems through the use of an Ionite-A based warhead. This warhead is essentially an Ionite-A shell encapsulating a baradium charge meant to shatter the crystaline Ionite into a fine powder and have it impact with enemy shields and electronics. This powder will have the same effects Ionite does on all electronics, negating and/or destroying them. And while Ionite-A isn't near as potent natural Ionite, this missile will still prove to be extremely effective against capital ships and squadrons of enemy fighters. So have a few drinks and watch your enemies fancy electronics start going haywire as these missiles detonate around them. It'll be a fun show to watch.
