Born from one of the senator [member="Lady Kay"]'s plans to help people. She was working to try and try a dangerous group on some backwater planet and attracted the attention of Selena with the mind witch working to bond and connect with the more fun thing to eat. Her mental abilities going for the illusion that she was and always had been Kays sister.
She was working within the Republic and keeping a low profile to bond and slowly try to drain the woman. Interacting with her while her actions within the Republic served to ingrain her further and futher into the dangerous galaxy. Her affection for Kay as a food source she could have and protect to continue to feed form a primary motivator.
