So it's pretty much what the title says here, Nathrax is wanting to take up a young Sith to raise in the unique way he was brought up. To explain about what he believes, his cult of Sith were highly into death as a concept. They believed in a very strange mix of Sith teachings, with their own doomsday-cult kind of vibe. Without going into too much detail, Nathrax believes that death is the ultimate expression of power and dominance. To kill something is to express supreme power over it, and he seeks to sow death and destruction all throughout the galaxy.
What he offers as a teacher is courses in Alchemy, and Sith training. He is an expert in Forms IV and V, combining raw brute force with doing flips and twirls to keep his opponents off guard. He can also teach a variety of force powers. The only downside being that currently he is part of a faction other than the SO. This isn't to say he won't take Sith Apprentices outside of the Diarchy, just that Nathrax isn't going to be able to help you rise up in that faction directly.
