Description:
Utilizing a type of molecular compression technology developed by the Echani and originally used in their quarterstaves during the Jedi Civil War the weapon was collapsible and thus easier to conceal then other staff weapons. While collapsed the weapon was roughly a half meter long, with the handle taking up roughly half of that.
The quarter staff is made from beskar alloy and when collapsed is around the size of a saber staff able to be fitted on a belt and used as a club. The staff can extend out to quarter staff length making itself weaker and less able to resist saber strikes. At full extension it can deflect three strikes compared to when it is collapsed and able to resist up to ten.
