From my understanding our Admiral stole some factories from some planet? Well it looks like someone is mad about that and wants to steal your stuff. If you want, the League can assist you resist them.

Considering that they were Seinar factories Bosch relocated the tooling and whatnot from so the Pubs wouldn't get it, they can go ahead and get the tooling back should they so desire.
