Nevertheless, they still pose a threat and we must respond appropriately. I suggest if the situation permits, we send a Navy Commander and some sort of Army element, perhaps a Ren for good measure.

Roderik is capable of commanding the rapid response starfighters from Zarnathea.

You can even send Carlyle with his Taskforce considering the offending ship is a small freighter.

Fairly simple solution without needing to throw the entire navy at two people.

I posted, I'll go ahead and page you if the situation escalates via IC comm, since right now it's a relatively unknown situation. I don't want to OOC Post spam the pair and make it overwhelming for no reason IC. If you would have a reason to be on my corvette though, it looks like it's going to be more ship to ship combat than actual space combat. I can have troops as well as additional officers, though if your rank is above commander, you'd likely be an advisor, or evaluating Commander Maxim's performance as he's the captain of the FIV Arrogant.

We can always use troopers assigned to the FIV Arrogant as an 'additional duty' or 'limited tour' much like Marines get stationed temporarily on US ships. So feel free for anyone interested you can drop in a trooper as part of the FIV Arrogant's troop complement (150 troops aboard the corvette)
