Skirmish with the Mandos

As mentioned a few weeks ago, some Mandalorian characters don't believe in the alliance with the GR and so are going to attack the planet of Ruusan in a few days. And so have asked to have a Skirmish with GR members.

I understand there will be an OOC thread put up on the main boards soon, but I agreed to mention it here, so if and when I see the OOC discussion thread go up, I'll make sure to link it here.

The premise of the attack is that a large crystal has been found in a mine on Ruusan and the Mandos want to steal it.

This is not the Faction attacking us but some individuals from that Faction.

We have (in my opinion) an Alliance with their Government and further talks are ongoing with them - so hopefully this does not result in the Republic tearing up the treaty (again IMHO).

But a skirmish can't be denied under board rules, so these people will attack whatever we say.

And as I've been asked more than once, it's fair to share here that Corvus will not be participating. I won't be encouraging or discouraging participation, I was simply asked to mention it and so I did.

Less of a treaty, more of an understanding that the Sith/Prime are a threat to us both...But she's right, its not "The Faction" but rather just Mandos who want shiny stuff
