SKILLS & TRAITS
Spacer: Sky has spent most of her life in space, displaying a solid understanding of ship systems and how to use them. She can also do a decent job at improvised repairs, though she is not a skilled mechanic.
Ace Pilot: From education to practice, Sky is a master at piloting starships small and large in both civilian and combat situations.
Duelist: Formal fencing practice with vibrorapiers from a young age combined with combat skills and blaster training have proved a potent mix in one-on-one combat and boarding actions.
Casadastraphobia: The sight of an atmosphere above her brings out an overwhelming fear of “falling up” and general discomfort at the idea of being planetside. When she is down below, she prefers to be indoors.
BACKGROUND
Sky was born in Coruscant’s undercity and spent her early adolescence as a street orphan before her forced adoption by the pretentious and old-blood Wulicailt family.
At their insistence, she was provided training and an education, permitted only the “appropriate” hobbies, and pushed to excel in any area that might instill discipline, earn renown, and improve–or at least not harm–the family’s reputation. In particular, Sky was an exceptionally gifted duelist in the style of a vibrorapier. A skill that would later come in handy under the employ of less-than-savory starship captains.
So it was to their dissatisfaction that she chose the life of a spacer after being shipped off-world to a prestigious flight academy. As soon as she finished her higher education, she booked a flight on a smuggler’s vessel rather than the ride home. From then on, Sky scrapped in pursuit of a life free from non-artificial gravity in no small part due to her fears but in greater part due to her love for the lifestyle. She’s been a pilot, a navigator, and at one time, a captain.
Now, she flies alone in search of whatever lies ahead.
