STRENGTHS

• Rate of Fire: The pistols are semi-automatic allowing for single shots or multiple shots. There are switch modifications that can lock the pistols into a single shot or semi-automatic.
• Damage: The pistols have a kick that can possibly do severe damage to low and medium rated armor. Heavy armor can be penetrated but it requires a session of rounds to penetrate it.

WEAKNESSES

• Recoil: The two pistols have a nasty recoil that can possibly affect the accuracy of the weapons when fired. It takes a strong arm to fire the pistols accurately.
• Heated Barrel: Like all semi-automatic and automatic weapons, the barrels have a tendency to get overheated when being overused, which can result in poor accuracy or damage to the barrels; making the weapon ineffective. Since the barrel is practically encased, it could result in misfiring or explosion.

DESCRIPTION

Using his knowledge of mechanical engineering and weaponry mechanics, Skyler went to work to fabricate his own personalized pistols. First, he chose songsteel for its lightness, making the pistols less of a burden when holstered or in hand. They are lightsaber resilient, but he went for weight over protection from a lightsaber in the decision. Second, he chose impervium for the barrel, inside and the little that is extended. Because the weapon can overheat the barrel when being overused, he wanted a more durable material for the barrel. Finally, for the personalized grips he went with fibermesh. The material was created to be form fitted to his hands.

The two pistols have laser sighted mounts that can be turned on or off at will. It helps with the accuracy especially that the two pistols have a nasty recoil. Hair triggers were used over traditional triggers, this allows for less pressure on the trigger to fire the weapons. And switch modifications were added to the pistols. The switch modifications allow to lock in single shot or semi-automatic without the need to pressurize the trigger manually.
