Slave Auction

Uma will be up for sale at an auction on Nal Hutta. I will post the thread tomorrow, it's open to anyone willing to bet. This is my first auction and it will be the start of Uma's story here. Obviously she will go to the highest bidder and whoever wins will be in control of whatever happens to her. The possibilities are open and I'll roll with whatever happens. Please only bet money that your character actually has - a homeless, broke person doesn't need to be betting. It would be cool if someone powerful could win, but I'm fine with whoever ends up winning. There is no set price, it's whatever you think she's worth. She can dance and play the harp and do basically whatever you need. I'll post back here once the thread is up. The auction will start tomorrow and end Sunday, Sept. 28th, probably that morning. I always knew Jedi thought the same. I was thinking the same plan. How about we go in half? Just to provide larger amounts in case some rich guy comes.

You mistake me for a Jedi, Solan would kill the Slaver once alone and then deliver him to the republics doorstep with a clear conscious, this is granted the fact that he would ask Uma first before doing so.

Edit: Ok sheesh, if were all just gonna liberate her i am switching intentions... still might kick the slaver's ass though, free her or not

Yeah. The Republic took it over a while back. One of my characters who spent the whole time in a dropship got a bounty on him for that.

Nal Hutta, yes. Anywhere not in a major faction influence cloud, probably. Not sure about Black Sun policy, but they are moving towards going against slavery, last I hear.

Oh, and I forgot to mention about the "setting her free" discussion, because I knew it would come up. Yes, you can set her free. Keep in mind, though, I literally came into the site planning on rping as a slave. If she gets set free I'll have to change my game plan. I don't really know what she could do if she wasn't a slave. She isn't a Jedi, she's not the sharpest tool in the shed. But I'll roll with whatever happens. I'll figure something out.
