Alright. After much consolation and conference, we've all agreed that upon Dredge's retirement, the Horde is going to be lead in the following way by the following three FA's. We have about equal OOC authority, so that no negative reverberations will arise the next time a drastic change happens within the faction's leading party. Dredge is welcome back at any time provided there's no drama, but in the mean time this is how we're keeping the gears turning.
This is a really loose description but it's the general idea:
[member="Mistress Kurah Rrusho"] :: Political Leader. It will handle the affairs of the Horde and manage things like diplomacy, inter-factional relationships and general management of those sorts of things. An all-around "squishy" character but the new emissarial voice of the Horde IC.
[member="Break"] :: Military Leader. He will handle the management of military assets and research. When there's an invasion or dominion, he's the one who will handle how it all unfolds IC. He's like a Lord or a General, basically the meat and bones of the faction.
[member="Dagon"] :: Naval/Intelligence Leader. Literally a capital brain of sorts, it is in charge of naval and interplanetary affairs. That's it's specialty. It's incredibly proficient at managing and keeping tabs on our assets. It's basically the Horde's supercomputer.
Again, the three are all the leaders of the Horde. Confer to any of us if you have questions, comments or problems.
