Small bug with Prefixes

• Short Description: "Pending Approval" prefix not visible even after clicking submit and getting "edited" confirmation.
• Browser: Chrome
• Severity: Two different writer accounts : [member="Silara Vantai"] and me.
• Description: [member="Silara Vantai"] and I both attempted to switch tech subs to 'Pending Approval' in the Tech Factory though "edit title." While the drop down is there, and it allows us to click it and submit--- it won't register the new "Pending approval tag" even after it says it successfully "edited."
