[Matsu Ike]

The companion galaxies were something to see, with the work they had done and rebound flight.. unoriginal in name sure but it served as an advanced colony ship and exploration vessel. One of the worlds they had discovered as the massive ship orbited the planet had been the site of a massacre. They found remains of bodies and equipment, ships, signs of battle littering the planet but less information about what had happened there. The jedi teams were investigating what had been on the world and there wasn't a lot. The desert areas gave way in a few zones to vegetation and they had discovered larger ships that had been crashed.

Here on the planet itself through they hadn't found much, letting some of the biots and droids remain behind as a small locator beacons was being setup with a geothermal tap. They had left her ship, a prototype seeker class that would be a mark two version. Much the same size but thanks to their development of shrinking mirrors and pocket dimensional technology it could have a lot more space. The other things were the systems they were testing like the synthetic tobal crystal lens. Their purpose in old model needle ships was nearly perfect heat conversion into energy which made them invaluable. She had laid out equipment for everyone.

The madilon they were working on to replicate went towards miniaturization. The seeker also was a chance to test and try out some for the new ship based weapons that they had been looking at. The rotating cannon for anti fighter shots and if they could do it. There was also the sensors and communications systems that they wanted to develop and work on. Advanced levels of shielding allowing he ship to fly into a sun or into the ocean, gravity shields for skipping along interdictors or with the new resonance technology well they could absorb and energy and kinetic attacks to power and become stronger.

"Alright, now where should we begin." She said it with a look on her face at some of the jedi who were there with her. Where she had a chance to look around stretching out as she wore the jedi kimono. with her equipment packs. The thigh and shoulder bags that didn't encumber her. She checked her hair and was walking around as they looked to see sigils on the desiccated torsos of bodies they had found. The coiled snake was there and glowing green still as they investigated it but... it had no head and nothing was making the symbol disappear but..... she could see they had been fighting each others. The trees and what there was had ships littered across it.

Upon her return from hiatus, Jyoti was surprised to discover Matsu's excommunication from the Silver Order. The Atrisian Jedi, and the Ike in general, had become such a large fixture of the Silver Order that it seemed like they were inseparable. Yet another sign that things were changing in the SJO.

She wasn't sure if she liked it.

However, ever unflappable, Matsu had continued on her journey in the pursuit of knowledge. In an attempt to catch up with the Matsu, Jyoti had decided to tag an expedition in one of those far flung corners of the galaxy. The nature of the expedition was a little different than what the Shadow was used to, but she was open to expanding her horizons.

Some time after the beginning of the Sasori expedition, Jyoti arrived aboard her very own vessel, a custom Nubian yacht. As the silvery craft settled into an orbit, Jyoti contacted the nearby Sasori ships.

"Hello, this is Jyoti Nooran. Where may I find Matsu Ike?"

"She is here." The field team were around while Matsu explored, there was a lot more then some could do. The jedi master stood up in the field of broken ships that were crashed and tilted. The stone as she moved came into view under the sun. A field team bringing her a communications link. "Well this is a surprise." She said it but sent the location and where they would be able to move around. She looked up though and they were making an area for landing when the jedi master cleared her mind and reached out. She could feel the force itself around her and this world was strong in it in different ways. This far out where no one really came was a perfect chance for dangers to lurk and it was plain something prevented the ships from returning.

A comms officer directed her to either land aboard one of the Sasori ships in orbit, or head down directly to Matsu with provided coordinates. She chose the latter.

She tilted the yoke forward and made a dive for the surface. Within a few moments, black space was replaced by golden skies as she broke through the atmosphere. A little after reentry, she picked up on the Sasori dig team on her scanners. When she focused in she could definitely Matsu around the area.

As she came close enough to touch down, she found a vast field of ruined ships from eras past. There was certainly an certain energy to this place, but she just couldn't put her finger on it.

Upon landing, she was quick to disembark from her courier and catch up to Matsu, who she found waiting. All around them there would be a mix of workers and various synthetics running around the excavation site.

"Master Ike, hello," Jyoti said with a small bow of her head, an appropriate greeting of equality between two Jedi Masters.

She broke eye contact to scan the area around them. "This is quite the find. I think I have a general idea of what you're doing here from our correspondence, but what is it that you're looking for, exactly?"

The jedi master bowed her head looking at her as she arrived. She took in more of the area around them and spoke. "It is quite a find, the Rebound flight came across it in their exploration of the companion galaxies.It looks like the jedi came here once upon a time but there are no records of it in the great holocron nor Tionnes holocron." She was looking at it and crouched down motioning as she picked up the soil. "Analysis has not all of it is dirt, we are finding trace of bone and metal." She moved a little more though pointing to the ships. "Same with the ships, whatever attacked them did it by all looks in a single blast. It cleaved through the ship."

She was focused on it and the feeling of the force was here.. something that not many would be able to see. Where she was looking though she brought up a hologram showing their theory about what happened to the ship. "We are finding energy residue, it was hot... hotter then we could produce without some powerful reactors. We traced the main points of origin to the valley on the other side of the mountain." She pointed towards it where most of the ships were giving a wide berth and scanners were set up and going into it slowly down and around. "We are taking careful measure in case it is still a threat but we can move in."
