APPEARANCE:
Like most Wookiees Snowarra usually does not wear any distinctive clothing on her body. She does, however, like to keep her hair nice and combed while putting flowers in it or tying it into ponytails to look pretty; by wookiee standards.
BIOGRAPHY:
Growing up as any pup on Kashyyk, Snowarra was named after the wookiee language suffixes for being a curious hunter of the forest. She was raised with her family that included her mother, Mallakov, her father, Jowkazza, and her younger brother, Garbev. Given her father’s place in their clan as one of the stronger hunters he had said how he would make his first child as great a hunter as himself.
Even though Snowarra, or Snow for short, was a female he still kept to his word to raise her to be a hunter. Mallakov had often protested against this, saying how her daughter should be like most of the other girl wookiees and stick to tending the house and so forth, but even Snow herself didn’t want a life like that. She was a more spirited, if a bit stubborn, on the idea of living outside the norm of wookiee life.
For years she trained with her father and the other hunters of the clan, building up her skills as a true hunter of the wookiees. She was fast and nimble while still remaining curious enough at time to asses a situation.
From there things had gone simple for young Snow, until she began to develop abilities with the force. This had scared her at first, she thinking she was cursed until the chief of their clan had told how she had been granted the gift of the Jedi. Knowing that this rare abilities among the wookiees had been granted to her, both her mother and father were proud of Snow for having such gifts. As eager as Snow was, however, she was also worried about what would come with being a force user.
Now, still uneasy about leaving her home, snow hunts while awaiting what the future will have in store for her.
