Karazak.

Karazak, once a slavery capital of the galaxy far far away, had been dismantled. Its populace, once in chains, had been "liberated" by the Sith Order; a clear-cut sign of misery still there. Yet, many had departed, or left, or been pulled elsewhere, leaving the planet relatively barren. That was, of course, until the Geonosians of Stalgasin Hive, led under the auspices of Ukvax the Gilded Ukvax the Gilded , had set up their own homes upon the nearly-lifeless rock. Two billion Geonosians, unchecked by the harsh realities of Geonosis now absent in addition to the food supply of the Sith Order, began to swell considerably. Two became five became ten in a relatively short period of time, and though many drones would need time to mature and to adapt to their new stations, the Geonosians were nothing if not industrious. The Geonosians had began to carve out the many caverns, tunnels, and the rocky nature of the planet into what was essentially a series of fortress-foundries; all linked together by that very same tunnel network.

Indeed, for the Geonosians established production lines, digging deep into the world's crust, and even daring to begin reaching for the sky. Oh, it would take time of course - production as it stood right now was a quarter of what it had been on Geonosis. But even a quarter of the industrial output of Stalgasin Hive on Geonosis, still rivaled a more modest industrial-focused foundry world. And indeed, as every day came by, that output swelled, and swelled, and swelled. But architectural marvels weren't the only thing the Geonosians worked upon - there was research and innovation yet still. And thus, born from the minds of Ukvax and his engineers, was that of the HMP-II Gunship. A mighty droid gunship, innovated from the prior successes of the Geonosian HMP, and yet it had been improved. Double the pride equaled twice the appeal of the HMP-II.

So it was only fitting that Ukvax the Gilded sent transmissions across Sith Order space, advertising to those who wanted to purchase the HMP-II, whether it be for their personal vehicular armories, or to outfit both Legions and defense forces alike with a suitable weapon in their arsenal. Indeed, as the Geonosian Archduke awaited upon the landing pad. Not far behind him was several Geonosian Elites, as well as Warrior Caste... and of course, a very production-line model of the HMP-II Gunship, whose gleaming purple photoreceptors glared mercilessly at whoever was coming in. The huge craft definitely appealed a sense of nerves for sure.

But regardless, here he stood, waiting for his arriving guests to no doubt seek production contracts. The Kainate had already reached out - but it was best to maximize his income, and his political connections, as to ensure the utmost usage in such affairs was met with acceptable quotes and within acceptable margins... Besides, what good would it be if Geonosian Industries, and by extension, Stalgasin Hive, did not keep its word to the Sith Order...

What a waste.
Nefaron lamented the loss of a world once round for its suffering. Karazak, now claimed by the Geonosians as the newest addition to their growing Empire, was once famed for the torment it brought to the galaxy. How many millions of slaves were bought and sold here? This world could have again been great under the Sith, but the fools who ruled the rotting carcass of an Empire had deemed the ancient right of slavery as something best cast to history. The Corpse Lord did not agree, but he hadn't come to wonder what might have been; he came in search of a weapon to aid a future operation that was best kept secret, especially from those who opposed among the Sith.

The Corpse Lord, flanked by four of his Corpse Legionaries, stepped out of their shuttle, the tattered black robe of the Sith Lord flowing in the wind as he approached his host. The Geonosians had long been famed for their production capabilities, the Clone Wars would not have lasted nearly as long without the aid of the Geonosians and their vast droid foundries. It was a shame they were betrayed at the end of the war, but perhaps this newest Archduke was far more shrewd than Poggle the Lesser. Only time would tell how fruitful the relationship between Nefaron and this Geonosian would be, but the Corpse Lord had come in search of something more. He was, of course, interested in this newest creation, but he saw the Geonosians as immensely useful for his future plans.

"Archduke, I thank you for your generous invitation."

Uncharacteristically, Nefaron actually offered a slight bow to his host. It was only right to show the Archduke proper respect, this was his world after all.

"I see you have kept your people busy. I have always admired the Geonosian ability to survive despite the entire galaxy turning against you. Many worlds still bear the scars of the Clone Wars, centuries on from the downfall of the old Confederacy. Let us hope that your people find themselves on the winning side of this newest conflict."

Of course, that meant reclaiming his homeworld first. Geonosis had seemingly rejected this Archduke, but perhaps Nefaron could offer some assistance in that regard in exchange, this might be the birth of a truly
horrifying relationship.

"But enough of such things. The past matters little; I am interested in your newest creation. I believe it to be just the thing I require for my future operations."

Darth Strosius typically wasn't one for licensing or purchasing equipment unless He had to, such things left unsightly trails of credits and supplies out of His control and He didn't care for that at all, but He knew well enough that in-house production only got one so far. His followers had designed plenty of vessels intelligently and with each more capable than the last but each had the same general philosophy behind it. A comfortable niche and signature in the design processes that could often wind up being a limiting factor. Every now and then something far different was required, an injection of something new to shake up the rest.

Such was the reason for His visit to Karazak, a world that would have once been a prime target for Him and His followers back when it had been a wretched den of slavery. Unfortunately the wider Sith Order had conquered it before He was able to douse the world and it's populace in the justice that it deserved, but the deed was done regardless. Now He came not to uproot slavers and their practice but instead to see what the Geonosians had concocted in their newly constructed homes.

A shame that they had been forced to flee Geonosis proper but a boon for the Sith that He full intended to make use of. Outfitting His forces since His revival had become a primary focus of reinserting Himself within the Sith and Geonosian engineering could a key resource in that effort, if nothing else then He could find some inspiration for future projects at least.

Darth Strosius stepped out of His shuttle with His arms crossed behind His back, His hidden gaze roaming over the HMP-II that they had been invited to purchase. He hadn't expected to see Darth Nefaron here, He had never known the other Sith to be one for displays such as these, but it was of no consequence. All the better that He knew who to expect such weapons of war to be wielded by just in case. "Very impressive work Archduke." He greeted as He stepped forward, nodding to the warriors assembled behind their leader. "The Stalgasin Hive prospers even far from home it seems, you must be proud. Do tell us about this new gunship of yours, aside from its imposing presence of course."
