so cold?

Neo let out a lot moan, he felt like ice was flowing threw his body. Yet Neo could not move, or he felt like he was unable to move. The spiky haired male was unconscious, yet his mind was still buzzing trying to figure out what was going on. It was too quiet though ~what is going on?.. where am I.. Why am i so cold~ he thought as he struggled to try and regain control over his body and wake himself up the cold pain seemed to grow worse as he did so.

"He's awake.", a young woman said into a comm that only replied with static. She sat there trying to adjust the channel or see if it was having some sort of radio frequency issues, but about a minute later a pair of doors rolled back across the long, technology clad room. "Leave.", a deep stern voice said, echoing through the room and resonating with a number of people standing around running tests on the newly awoken [member="Neo Tyrnith"].

All together, the five, two doctors and three nurses, gathered their things and hurried towards the lift that a massive man was emerging from. It was Christian Draclau, and he had arrived right on time to see his first and most prized subject and creation wake up and realize his consciousness.

Wading across the room, Christian reached up and slowly pulled a pitch black duster up over his shoulders and slid it down his arms. He then reached out and draped it over a desk chair, stopping in front of the man laying on the table in front of him. Neo would be looking up at a very tall, long, dark haired man with a pair of piercing golden eyes that bore into the very soul of those who would find them on that often cold and sullen face. "You're cold because when I found you you were dead.", he said to the young man looking up at him.

"Well, practically dead, but no matter. The warmth should return to your limbs as your heartbeat speeds up and you find a decent set of clothes."

Neo blinked his Neon green eyes a few times as his vision cleared and he could see the man standing over him " Dead? But.. if. i was Dead how. How am I alive now?" He asked. He was still weak and his voice squeaked as he spoke. Shakingly Neo managed to move his right hand enough to open and close his fist, as the feeling was slowly returning to his limbs. " Where am i?" He asked ending his question with a shiver and a small cough

Christian watched the young man as a smirk slid across his face. At least this one had lived through the procedures. That meant that the only thing left to do was to test him out and see if he was force sensitive now like he was. "You were in a pretty bad accident during a battle a few weeks ago. At the time, and from what information I was able to dig up about you, you were just some citizen. No family, nothing special about you, no place or purpose in war, but you certainly found yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time when an airstrike killed you. Or so they thought, but I knew better."

"You see...", Christian said, turning and circling around the bottom edge of the operating table. "...there's a thing called the force that I am rather close to and fond of. From what I could tell, you didn't possess any sort of extravagant connection to the force, but when your vitals went cold and your heart stopped beating, the hospital put you in a freezer so you'd turn into a popsicle and then they'd cremate you later on when the day came. I noticed a faint draw on the force, however, that your body was still emitting, and I knew you weren't dead."

Stopping at the end of the table, Christian leaned over and placed both palms on the table and watched Neo. "Like I had suspected, you still had their faintest pulse, and a heartbeat so faint that your veins were barely flexing to pass blood through them. That is why I took you and... enhanced you, in the hopes that you would survive and become something... better... stronger."

Neo took a few deep breaths " What do you mean by enhanced?" Neo asked looking slightly confused, his voice did not squeak this time as his strength was starting to return. Now Neo was able to move some but was still slightly to weak to sit himself up. " Can i have some water? My mouth is as dry as Tatooine " He asked looking at him with his neon green eyes that gave Neo his name.

Christian smirked at the man's question, pushing off the table and walking across the room. He opened a small fridge unit installed in the wall and from it he took a bottle of water, turned and walked back over to Neo, setting it down on the operating table. "Well, by enhanced I mean you're more like me.", he said, reaching down and picking up one of the man's hands and turning his palm up, showing it to him as he did. He then raised his other free hand and showed him his own. In both men's hands were identical alchemy circles tattooed there, although Neo's were freshly burned into his skin and certainly sore. He then let the man's hand go and motioned towards the water he'd brought him.

"Drink up. You're going to need it.", he said, reaching out and pulling a desk chair over to him. He then sat down and crossed one leg over the other, resting his hands in his lap. "Now, as far as how you're different, I'm not sure. We replaced a few of your destroyed organs with enhanced superorgans that were developed her in my lab, which is a few stories beneath my casino above us.", he said, raising one of his hands and extending his index finger to point at the ceiling. He then let his hand fall back into his lap as he continued.

"You needed blood too, which has me the most curious about you. I've never really heard much of a blood type like yours, and as a matter of fact I didn't know if it actually existed, but I was proven wrong. That's why we got adventurous.", he said, reaching over and grabbing a drained blood back from the desk next to the operating table. "So I got a little adventurous. And seeing as I'm a rather big fellow, I transferred some of my blood to you so that you could live."

Moments passed as he held up the blood back to show him the remnants of the operation before he reached out and tossed it back on the desk and finished by saying. "You see, your blood type is a... very accepting type.", he then scooted a little closer and looked over Neo's body and said, "Your body can accept blood of any type, from any donor, and your body won't reject it. In fact, even those who are sick could donate their blood to you, and your body would take only it's most powerful components and make it it's own strengths while discarding weakness. That's why I gave you my blood. To see if your body would manage to become force sensitive by taking the strongest components of my blood."

Neo took the bottle of water in his hand and opened it before he sat up enough to gulp it down. setting the now empty bottle down neo shakingly managed to push himself up so he was sitting. The shaggy haired teen looked at the alchemy circle on his hand for a moment. " All this is so confusing" He said putting his hand to his head.... my head is spinning.... How close are we to that Casino? because i think i can hear it. That or my ears are ringing" he added closing his eyes for a moment. the young man was unsure of how to respond to what he had been told of his blood, So he decided not to say anything about it.

"That's rather curious.", Christian admitted, his golden eyes rising up to look at the ceiling as he laughed lightly to himself. "because I can't here a thing unless I let the force slip into my mind and enhance my senses.", he said as he began to hear the chatter of many voices, clinking glasses and scattering chips. Feet were stomping back and forth, there was yelling and cheering and he could hear it all, but only when he aided his sense of hearing with the force.

"That would suggest that what I've done to you has...", he said, glancing from the ceiling and down to the young man in front of him. "...actually worked."

Neo blinked few times and shook his head "This is all very confusing " He said looking at the ceiling for a moment " and that racket is getting on my nerves" He said looking slightly annoyed. Neo Shivers and rubs his arms " how long am i going to be cold for?" he asked before sneezing due to his shaggy hair tickling his nose.

"As long as you allow yourself to be gold.", Christian said, reaching out his arm and showing him a desk with a set of clothes with a long black cloaklike coat next to them. "And you'll have to figure out how to control the force before you can turn that off kid.", he said, rising from the desk chair and turning to walk out of the lab.

Neo pulled his legs over the side of the table and stood up holding onto the side of the table until he got his balance. the shaggy haired boy made his way to the desk and looked at the cloths for a moment. " How can figure out how to control something, that i don't really know what it is?" he asked as he got himself dressed in the cloths.

"Well I guess you'll need me for that, now won't you?", Christian said with a smirk as he reached the elevator and place his hand on the hand scanning panel. The metal door shot open and lead into a turbolift which Christian stepped into and turned, looking across the room with those golden eyes locked on Neo.

"Coming?", he asked the young man, raising his hand to the control panel on the inside of the lift.

Neo nodded be for he guickly followed after him on to the turbolift."where are we going?" He asked as he steped on to the lift abd looked around.

"To get you some fresh air.", Christian said, pressing the button on the panel that said Roof. He then watched as the doors shut, leaned back and let the wall take his weight as the turbo lift shot upwards. The pressure on the young man might have been rough on him having only just woken up and gotten his balance, but Christian was used to the roughness of the turbo lift which he used rather frequently.

As the reached the room, the doors opened and Christian stepped out, waiting for Neo to follow as he held out his right hand to show him what planet he was on. He was on the planet named Zeltros, a well known resort and vacation planet that many sight seers and vacation goers ventured to when they had the chance. It was open to all forms of life, and on it's planet was a youthful and booming population bred to the wild nightlife it embraced so readily.

"Welcome to Zeltros.", he said with a smirk.

Neo did not care much for the turbolift but he stay quiet until they reached their destination. Upon seeing the planet Neo gave a small smile as he took a deep breath of the fresh air, closing his eyes for a moment. " the air feels so good to my lungs " He said smiling

"What do you want out of life?... now that you've been given a second chance.", Christian asked the young man as he stepped out onto the roof behind him, golden eyes glancing around to see the same towering buildings he'd seen many times before.

" I dont know... I do wish to learn about this hole force thing though" he said looking at the man standing next to him " I dont think you even told me who you where" Neo added looking around before turning his neon green eyes back to him.

"My name is Christian Slade, and I have many plans that now involve you.", he said, folding his hands behind his back and walking to the edge of the platform they were on. "After all, you're the first of my experiments that's actually been a success."

"What kind of plans?" Neo asked looking at him, as he looked around befor joining [member="Christian Slade"] aand stood next to him. "Well I'm..... I'm Neo" the young man said.
