So It Begins... [Kyriss]

Gratos

Nothing felt as good as a nice swim in such a warm climate. The numerous tropical regions of Gratos held many of these pools of crystal clear waters that were slightly warm thanks to the sun's warmth heating the home planet of the Graug. This was something new for her. She had spent her entire life on Coruscant. So this was like heaven for her.

"Ahh, this is the life.." she said quietly as she was floating on her back, eyes closed, chillaxing.

Rustling in the jungles around the natural pool disrupted her peace and she immediately stopped floating on her back and looked around.

"Alright. Real funny. Now show yourselves.." she called out. Her soft brown eyes scanned the treeline. At least..until she spotted golden, reptilian eyes looking back at her. She looked over to her clothes and her knife which were resting on the shore a few yards away. No way she would get to it before the beast hiding in the shadows of the jungle would get to her.

But, she had to try.

Quickly, she swam for the shore and, as she did, the beast would pounce from the jungles. It was a Graug. It roared with a wicked intensity as it leaped into the waters after Cady. The beast ripped through the waters as it came closer and closer to her. Cady managed to reach the shore and grab hold of her knife. By then, the Graug was nearly on top of her. She sent her knife into the belly of the beast, impaling it indefinitely. But, that didn't stop the Graug. It then grabbed hold of Cady and climbed out of the waters. Thankfully, she had a one piece bathing suit on so her goodies wouldn't be spotted.

The Graug carried her over his shoulder and headed for the capital city, whatever that might be on this planet, looking to bring the young redhead before the queen.

Better than other-other space Kaiden
@Cady

At long last, freedom was theirs. For decades the Graug homeworld had been quarantined, bombarded and occupied; but now the Republic was a shell of its former self and the Graug were finally free to expand their mighty empire. Even so, it seemed as if the more untraveled of the galaxy saw opportunity in this freedom as well. Travelers from all walks of life were itching to see the homeworld of the mighty Sith Lord Vulcanus, to see the bombed out ruins of cities and watch the "barbaric" inhabitants scramble over one another for scraps of food. Some even thought it an opportunity for sight seeing and vacation; they were all imbeciles.

And imbeciles needed to be taught a lesson.

Imbeciles like the woman being dragged to Kyriss's feet this morning. From what her guards had told her, it seemed as if this woman had taken it upon herself to swim in the jungles surrounding the capital city of Roxus. The mere fact that the lesser had been brave enough to get so near the city was testament to the fact that the outsiders were getting far too comfortable on the Graug's sacred homeworld. As the woman was thrown to the floor by two Graug Honor Guards, Kyriss glared down at her from her throne.

"You should feel honored, human. You are the first of your species to not enter Roxus in chains since the Republic assaulted it." the queen mused, her clawed fingers tapping a tedious tune, "You must be very durable to survive our waters without subcoming to disease, impressive for a lesser."

Cady was shaking a little. Not from fear, but from being cold as kark. She did not get the chance to dry off after leaving the water. As she was brought before the Horde Mother, Cady took note of her surroundings. Each nook and cranny. If she was gonna be held hostage here, she was going to have an escape plan.

Then, she was brought before the leader of the pack. the 'Horde Mother' as the graug call her. She grunted as she was thrown to the floor, landing with a thud. She pushed herself up, to her feet almost, but was pushed onto her knees by one of the graug that had brought her in. Cady growled at the one who pushed her then averted her gaze to the Horde Mother.

"You're making a big mistake by bringing me here.." she muttered. She then took her eyes off the Horde Mother and hung her head down.

Suddenly, the graug who brought her in would begin to experience vividly terrifying illusions. Enough to drive the graug insane. Insane enough to take out his weapon and begin shooting all over the place and swinging wildly. It was as if he were fighting an invisible enemy. But to him, it was all real.

Cady simply laughed quietly as her work was done.
