So Nice this time of Years (Anastasia Rade)

The travels throughout the galaxy had finally brought Empress Nimue Stormson of Effekt to the famed space of the Mandalorian people. One of the first things Empress Nimue had heard about the known galaxy was the reputation of the Mandalores. And given what she’d learned she felt meeting them would be most intriguing.
Apparently the Mandos were something of a militant people. Most bred to be warriors and hunters. Other than that they were also known to be skilled diplomats as well. Though others had told how they were infamous for having some of the greater bounty hunters of history been born among them. In fact, looking into a little data-booklet provided on the faction, one of these bounty hunters had allowed his DNA to be used in creation an entire army cloned after him. The idea of an army of oneself was as incredible as learning that they also had force users among them as well. To think someone with the hardened skills of a warrior could also use the force would be a crippling combination.
They were so much alike to the people of Effekt as Nimue realized. Bread to be strong with their bodies and/or their minds. While she wasn’t as familiar with the customs the Empress could assume enough to know there was much to be respected and learned from the people.
As her personal shuttle began to descend towards the home capital planet of Mandalore she was reminded how her guide for this little tour was to be a woman named [member="Anastasia Rade"] , a woman she realized had been to her ball held a few weeks ago yet never really had the time to meet. Hopefully this little tour would be able to make up for that.
Finally coming down towards the surface it was a surprise to see most of the planet was nothing but desert. The first one Nimue had seen actually. Small pokes of towns and structures were about, yet it wasn’t as rich as she’d thought; given the Mandalore’s reputation. The city, as she could see, was within a large dome-like construct. It wasn’t until entering inside that she realized how the people of the planet confide must’ve been, to be secured under one grand construct.

Anastasia was the perfect tour guide as she hasn't been brought up as a battle harden warrior but instead had learned to skills from her brother. She was rough around the edges yet she could still be soft as well. Ana thanked that skill to the kid side of her still wanting to be a pretty princess. She believed had her father lived she would have gotten that wish.

As it was she was the welcome wagon for an Empress whom was visiting the territory. Ana couldn't exactly make any policies or deals but she could show her around. Relay any messages to the Mand'alor that she may have. She was trusted to be able to do that at least. All of this was a step in the right direction for her. She was actually getting better from where she started.

Before the Empresses arrival Ana had done her homework on where she was from. This way Ana could speak intelligently to the Empress and not like an idiot. She was after all her first impression of the Mandalorians and Ana had to make it a good one.

Ana waited for [member="Nimue Stormson"] shuttle to touch down in her armor which she had cleaned and polished. She couldn't possibly wear anything which had blood on it. That wouldn't be proper at all.

"It's an honor and a pleasure to meet you in person Empress." She lightly smiled as she bowed. "I'm Anastasia Rade your tour guide. If there is anything you need or want to see please don't hesitate to ask."

Upon arrival the Empress stepped out of the shuttle with a pair of guards of her own. She was dressed in a more regal dress, not too different from the one she wore at the ball, while carrying her scepter in her hand and her horned crown on her head. Her guards on the other hand were armed and armored, making them look like technologically advanced Vikings; a very destructive combination.
Seeing [member="Anastasia Rade"] she smiled, walking over and bowing her head before saying “Thank you, Lady Rade. I’m glad to see the hospitality of Mandalore isn’t just a rumor this whole time.” For a moment she looked at Ms. Rade in her armor, noting the design and all, before saying “Impressive looking battle armor you have. A traditional design I take it?” After that she heard whatever Ms. Rade had to say before adding “We’ve met before, having we? Or at the very least I know I’ve seen that beautiful face of yours. Some weeks ago, yes?”

Being called a lady was something new but Anastasia would take it even though most of what she did in the armor that she was wearing was anything but ladylike. "Thank you, I take pride in that we are a more welcoming group." She knew the Mandalorians could look scary in their battle armor and were sometimes closed of. Ana was happy though others could see what she saw in them and how open they had been to her.

"It's my first ever armor which I forged myself. I'm very proud of it and yes I believed that we have met before at your ball. It was one of those rare occasions I stepped out of my armor and into a dress. What brings you to Mandalore?"

If she knew why the Empress was visiting Ana could be a better host.

First hearing her response about meeting at the ball, a rare occasion to see [member="Anastasia Rade"] out of armor apparently, Nimue laughed gestured to understand the case. After that she’d perked with a little interest to how she took pride in the armor she wore, apparently making it herself. Truly the Mandalores were a people of pride, much as the warriors on Effekt were.
When asked about visiting she’d said “It’s more personal trip for myself, you see. I’m trying to get a decent perspective of what the galaxy is like before determining if my people should fully integrate into the galactic community itself. So far, given the ups and downs I’ve been through, the galaxy reminds me more of home every day.”
