So who all's from Habbo?

I've noticed (via shamelessly stalking peoples' profiles) that there's a lot of people around here from Habbo- which means I probably know a lot of you and don't know it's you. So who all here is from Habbo? I was Darth_Revan. (The purple Keshiri Padawan and then Krum the hyperactive Squib Padawan)

So who of you all do I know? :)

Edit: I was also on Habbo retros as several names, but those were less common so I don't know if anyone here was on those.

I might have been overexaggerating when I said "a lot of people"... ._.

Can you cook it and eat it?
Yes, but it might be poisonous...

It's basically a virtual world with a SWRP on it, slightly hard to explain. It's where I learned to roleplay.

[member="Tracyn"] - Sorry if I already knew and forgot, but what's your habbo username? I have an awful memory when it comes to names.

Honestly, I don't. Sorry, I don't reconize the username. Were you in the UK/US part of the AU part? Before they merged, that is.

I was there back in like, 2006, 2007 as Sarge4463. I think I stopped in 08, but I can't quite remember. I RP'd Star Wars there a good bit, it's where I got my speed typing skills down. Since hits were determined by who could say it went through flesh, muscle and bone before the other person typed dodging the emote the faster you typed the easier it was to win >.>

Naturally you had to be readable, of course.

That was before my time, sadly. :p But yeah, speedtyping was key. Though later on Emote became more common, which was a bit more turn-based, but speed was still important.

Yes, I know who you are. I remember you as a Padawan or Initiate.
Yep, I was the purple Keshiri padawan Izri Vhaal (Sobekdelaku's paddy then Apchem Josh's), then I was the hyperactive blue Squib named Krum, Fran (dominating's) padawan. :p

Never did make it to knight there.

I remember. Why did you leave?

[member="Gareth Yalthik"] - Several reasons. The main one though is I just got bored; It seemed it was 90% OOC in lobbies with barely any actual roleplay, and with the actual roleplay if was pretty hard to get any non lesson/wandering around the temple roleplay unless you were above Padawan level, since if you ever did leave the temple you were either A.) Dragged back to the temple or B.) surrounded by SIth lords in 2.5 seconds. :p And non-force-sensitive characters were mostly backround noise. Plus Fran (dominating) left for le Sith, among other reasons.

In short; I got bored with sitting in a lobby and saying 'Anyone want to RP?' for most of my days. XD

(Nothing against Habbo though, I just like it better here)

Fair enough. I haven't left yet. I just prefer forum roleplaying over habbo.
