So...

Here I am :) One of you, and ready to go forth and inflict order and discipline upon this pestilential, sorry excuse for a Galaxy, replete with ill-disciplines rabbles and sadistic, power-hungry psychopaths. How shall we proceed?

My apprentices and I, as well as whoever would like to come along, are locking down a potential civil war on Mon Calamari, then imposing discipline on Gand, then Tund. At that point, we'll make the jump to Honoghr and Hutt Space.

Picture it, Tirdarius: Nal Hutta, but with order. It's a beautiful dream.

Well, personally I'd just take all the shipyard workers hostage and instruct their people on the surface to stand down in exchange for their lives. Then orbitally bombard a few houses, perhaps a town, and threaten a continuation until things calm down. Send in troopers to clean up the mess and execute the ringleaders, then install a sterner governor to watch over the planet until we can be certain of it's loyalty.

A tacit threat of orbital bombardment would work well with how we intend to handle the Mon Cala authorities. If actual force is required, I'd recommend a certain recalcitrant Quarren city. At this point, what we're doing is a show of deadly force against the common enemies of the Mon Cala and Quarren, so there's plenty of tacit threat going on already.

Take a look at what we're doing already, use your best judgment - I'd hate for us to be working at cross purposes. Mon Cala is a testbed mission for getting our Apprentices to appreciate subtlety and discipline.

Ah, if we're using it for the Apprentices, I'd hold off on any traditional approaches and put them on the ground, require them to deal with it effectively, emphasising that we wish to retain a sizeable workforce after their work is complete, so they should solve the issue while wasting as few resources on the surface as possible. Teaches them to deal with the problem by going straight for the heart, rather than wasting time with the peripherals.
