Sobriety is a cruel Mistress!

Things had gotten out of hand. Since the zoo disaster, where animals exploded and more importantly Yuroic ended up revealing how bad he gotten with his addiction to spice, his connection to the Force and control of his emotions were erratic and he had suffered many burns from lightning. His body was still a mess, mentally he was exhausted with next to no sleep and Yuroic had lost muscle mass due to a lack of eating. It left Yuroic looking the shell of his former self as he moved from his bed, another night without a wink of sleep. He threw on old robes as he stumbled forward reaching for a bottle of booze.

Every bottle he had was empty, his spice was all the way on his ship. He doubted he would be able to avoid anyone he knew on the way to the hangar, it was quite the walk to his ship. Perhaps it would be best to stay within his room. It was unlikely that Asaraa would leave him be after the zoo however. He knew that there were others that wanted to speak to him and he wasn't sure what they wanted to do with him. Yuroic sighed deeply and lifted the large hood over his head to avoid letting light hit his eyes.

Stepping out of his room, Yuroic could smell that he stank of sweat, booze and was not looking fresh either. This didn't bother him as he wandered the halls of the Silver Rest. Several Jedi folk avoid him at all costs.

There it was, the feeling she'd been waiting for. Ever since Amur Yuroic had been locked away in his room, unwilling, perhaps unable, to face the outside world. She'd tried staking out his room, tried knocking, calling to her ex-master and friend but he hadn't responded. If there was anyone at the temple who could understand the need to cut yourself off from the others, to wallow in your own misery. She'd done it herself, after being captured and possessed but it wasn't helping anyone to hide away and...well he lightning marks on his flesh were proof enough that it wasn't a path with a happy ending.

It was just, she couldn't do anything unless he actually ventured out of his room, which he finally had. Nodding at the librarian she'd been conversing with the padawan slipped out of the library letting the force guide her like a bloodhound on the trail. So intent was she on spotting Yuroic she almost missed him, the hooded figure who seemed to be caught up in a world of his own didn't catch her attention, her eye sliding off the man till she blinked her head snapping round as she rocked back, just watching him for a moment.

Getting access to the ship was no easy feat, she had to go through several avenues for permission, but once she got in – she quickly went to work. Having once the mind of a junkie, she was able to find most of his hiding spots. After doing a search for other hiding spaces she got rid of the drug. His stash was bigger than she expected also bigger than any stash she ever had. It was obvious the man had no control over himself and the drug had taken over.

Allyson knew why she was asked to handle this. She had been in Yuroic’s shoes not too long ago and it was thanks to Jyoti that she scrapped the habit. Allyson remembered that interaction quite well, she never asked the woman why she reacted like she did. Figuring there was more to it, Allyson would ask when the time was right or just let the Echani share when she was ready.

Staring at the small portion bag, she wondered the effects of it, she avoided taking any while she was in deep cover along with deciding against it when Yuroic offered it to her as Adele. From the amount that was on the ship, she figured that was his main hiding spot. Chuckling under her breath it would be any minute now that the man would shamble himself into the hanger and to his ship. There he would find Allyson leaning against one of the computers used for maintenance with a serious look on her face that read that he was in some deep poodoo.

Yuroic could sense the presence of Asaraa trailing behind him. She had been stalking his room for days, but fortunately, no one had dared entered his room. Unfortunately, Allyson used this opportunity to discover his many hidden stashes, flushing his drugs that he had created himself since discovering the formula for Elysium. He didn't know that Allyson had been on Zeltron as well, he had started his addiction there and he had often wondered how he had coped beforehand. The drugs were what made him a better person, though lately his addiction had been taking a toil on his body and his mind.

Happy memories and visions filled tricked his mind into seeing things not there. It was the start of his downfall from grace, the self-harm followed not long from there. So when he reached the hangar and saw Allyson standing there with that look. That judgemental look she wore on her face, it stung him but it was a fair look. He stopped in his tracks and was trapped by Allyson and Asaraa, he growled to himself as he frozen in his spot. Trapped by the two women. So, finally he would have to confront the ordeal of his last outing.

"So. This about the drugs or the self-harm? The self-harm isn't entirely my control." Yuroic stated, he moved closer to his ship. "The drugs I have under control, so there's nothing to worry about." It was a lie but he couldn't admit the truth, not yet.

It looked like she wasn't the only person who had been waiting for [member="Yuroic Xeraic"] today, over the man's shoulder Asaraa could see the lithe form of [member="Allyson Locke"] nonchalantly waiting for the man in the landing bay. She'd thought around him and gotten an early march on him, predicted where he'd go. For a moment the padawan wished she could slap herself on the forehead, that was smart and despite her best efforts a wry smile ghosted across her face. Honestly, she wished she'd have thought of that, it would have saved her a lot of time following the man around but as it was Yuroic now found himself trapped between the two Women as Asaraa slowed her pace, watching him as if he were a furtive animal trapped between two predators.

"You know, I really don't think you can really separate them, do you?" She kept her voice and posture nonchalant as she rested her shoulder lightly against the wall. Beneath her exterior facade she remained coiled and tense, her blue eyes watching Yuroic intently as she kept her hands loose at her sides. "You might have them under control, but I have to say your judgement might be a wee bit suspect, I mean you did use force lighting after arguing with a Padawan in the middle of a petting zoo surrounded by Jedi...please, what part of that seems under control?"

Allyson shook her head. “Stage one: Denial” Allyson listened to what Asaraa had to say. Typical thing to say, but it wasn’t going to get into the thick head of the drug-addicted Jedi. The difference between Asaraa and Allyson at this point was that Allyson had been in Yuroic’s place once before. She credited Jyoti for knocking some sense into her, it was hard to get off, but she needed to and thanked the Jedi for it. He asked her what it was about and she sighed softly. "The drugs, the self harm we'll deal with later - tackle one problem at a time." Asaraa spoke questioning the Zoo. Allyson did her best to forget that day, mostly because she had looked forward to it - hanging out with people she cared for without having to worry about the issues of the galaxy trying to take them away.

“He did. That’s not the real Yuroic. That’s the drugs doing all this erratic behavior.” Allyson pushed herself off the monitor and headed towards where Yuroic was standing. Her hands in her bomber jacket pockets, she had a dose of his drug in her pocket – but she wasn’t going to give it to him. “It’s all gone Yuroic, it’s time to stop running from whatever the hell you’re running from.” Allyson stopped in front of Yuroic, the man standing slightly taller than her. Sighing softly, she looked at him.

“What’s going on Yuroic? Everyone’s concerned, Jyoti, Josh,” Allyson nodded at the man’s former padawan, “Asaraa, and me.” Concern was in her eyes as she looked at him and sighed. “I know exactly what you’re going through Yuroic – just give me a chance to help you."

[member="Asaraa Vaashe"] [member="Yuroic Xeraic"]

They both seemed to doubt his control over the drugs, his recent actions did display an inability to control his powers however, the zoo could have been a lot worst from his side if he hadn't attempted to control his powers. "I could have done a lot more harm, I limited to power to my arm so yeah, I had some control over the situation Asa." His tone was aggressive, this intervention was outrageous to him as he wasn't harming anyone else but himself, this was all self inflicted. No one else had been harmed or suffered from his use of spice, that was something he had ensured. No one else had taken his spice, he created his own so there was no increase in creds to other drug dealers and crime syndicate. To Yuroic, this spice was recreational and to help him deal with the harshness of reality.

"It's not denial. I have everything under control, no one even noticed I had been taken spice till the zoo. I might have had too much that one day, I can just take less and then everything is fine." Yuroic mentioned as he felt his anger rising, he refused to be told what to do. He needed the spice, he couldn't go back to suffering with the voice, the memories of what happened to his parents. "I'm not running, I'm protecting myself and everyone else from the monster within!" Yuroic shouted as he could feel his memories of his brutal murder of his parents flooded back into his mind. Gritting his teeth, Yuroic felt his heartbeat increasing, panic was setting in.

"Liar!" Yuroic shouted at Allyson as he moved in closer. "You have to give me some! I need it! I can't cope without it, you have no idea what I am going through!" Yuroic growled aggressively, his fists clenching as his irises yellowed in colour as the dark monster within him was pushing itself to the forefront.

[member="Allyson Locke"] | [member="Asaraa Vaashe"]

"Some control isn't the same as being in control," Asaraa shot back, a trace of anger dancing in her voice, "you couldn't stop yourself so you turned the power in on yourself. What's your end game here? Keep sacrificing yourself till you set off with too much power and your body can't handle it anymore? Is that really your best case scenario? Leave us all to pick up the pieces after you end up killing yourself cause you can't control it?" The girl's fists balled up at her side as she glared at the man, at the denials he filled the air with. "So, what, you've been taking it all this time and you're happy you managed to hide it all this time? That's not a good thing, just because no-one wanted to believe the worst about you..."

The vehemence in the man's voice as he turned on Allyson, however, took her by surprise, the anger which rolled of him through the force almost like a physical buffet, driving her a step backwards before she surged forward to grab his shoulder as she felt his urge to attack Allyson building. "Yuroic stop! This isn't control. This isn't you, what're you going to do, punch her till you change reality, it's gone."

[member="Yuroic Xeraic"] | [member="Allyson Locke"]

Allyson watched Yuroic throw his tantrum. She should be worried, if the man wanted to expel all his power through the Force, Allyson would have a lot on her hands. Asaraa shouted at him from behind and Allyson looked towards the girl. She knew the man better than Allyson did, but it seemed he wasn’t going to listen. Maybe a fight was something he needed. ‘

The last bit of Spice was put away, somewhere he wasn’t going to be able to get to unless he killed the woman. Her frown continued as she listened and listened to Asaraa. He moved closer and Allyson held her ground. Shaking her head, her voice calm. “It’s over Yuroic, brining you on that mission was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made.” Allyson ran point on that mission and she allowed Yuroic to have a chance at the drug. She assumed it was just an experiment and that it would be over after that. Seems she was completely wrong.

There was a lot the man was going through and Allyson knew exactly what he was going through. She wasn’t going to go into her own life trials, but she calmly responded to him. “I do Yuroic, far better than you want to know.” With the death of Arisa, her family and everyone she worked with – all of them were people she couldn’t save. On top of her own mishaps with the fight with the Sith, being blown up and nearly killed by space stations – then finally her torture at the hands of Carnifex where she escaped on her own.

“You’re done with this stuff. What are you going to do Yuroic? Are you going to hit me? Would that make you feel better? There’s a karking reason Jyoti sent me to deal with your tantrum throwing butt. I’ve been where you are, I’ve been addicted to this stuff – Jyoti saved me from it, now it’s my turn to save you. So, if you wanna fight – then let’s fight.” She brought her hands up, he wanted to swing and she needed to be ready. “Maybe a good fight will let you work through this aggression, this monster you talk about? Yeah, we all have it Yuroic – it’s what makes us human, grow up and deal with it like an adult – stop trying to find a crutch.”

Asaraa was shouting at him about the lack of control he had, the noise was only becoming more and more irritating, like a fly that wouldn't leave you alone. His anger was burning darkly, consuming his goodwill and patience, now he had only his temper and his anger. Allyson was not doing much better, she stood in his way, she told him falsehoods of how understanding she could be. How similar their lives were. Lies. The dark voice told him what lies this was. She never murdered her parents. She never fell to the Dark Side and let her hate and anger slaughter the lives of people who had surrendered, pleaded for mercy. You are a killer Yuroic, I know the real you.

His eyes stared Allyson down, his gaze darken with rage and hatred. His fists clenched tightly as he tried holding back his anger but it was too late. The voice was too loud, it was too demanding for him to kill once more. "You cannot understand why I am where I am. My addiction is saving lives, not harming them. But you don't know that, you don't know what real darkness is. Your demons are trivial to me. I slaughtered my parents. I stood in front of them and tortured them. I didn't just kill them, I relished in their pain, listened to their cries of mercy and forgiveness. When I finally got bored, then I executed them. What I did was not human, it was monstrous, and I enjoyed it." He growled loudly for both woman to hear him.

Yuroic laughed as he saw Allyson prepare for a fight, he used the Force pooled in his right hand and blasted a powerful Force Push at Asaraa before giving Allyson his full attention. "Give me what I want." Reaching forward, he held her throat with the Force, his anger and hatred consuming his actions, no matter how much he promised to never fall, the voice reminded him of the monster he truly was. His skills in mind reading were above average due to his relationship with Jairdain who was a Master in those arts. He probed Allyson's mind for answers as he held her throat tight. "If you won't tell me the answers then your mind will reveal the secrets." Yuroic growled darkly, deep down he knew that Allyson was likely able to hold him back, she was tougher than him in a lot of areas.

[member="Asaraa Vaashe"] | [member="Allyson Locke"]

The way he spoke was not the Yuroic she had come to know, this wasn’t the same man that others spoke about. Sure, he had his issues and he was working through them, but not like this. Allyson lowered her hands as he spouted off how much he enjoyed what he did. Her head shook, “Yuroic –“as she spoke his name, the blast to the padawan behind him happened. Everything happened too quickly for Allyson to even do anything beyond stand there shocked at what happened.

Just as quickly as he turned on Asaraa, Yuroic had the force wrapping tightly around Allyson’s throat. He was merciless as the invisible ties wrapped around her neck, constricting airflow without any remorse. As a natural reaction, Allyson reached trying to grab whatever was choking her. Nothing was there, but he began to poke at her mind. She remembered this feeling, she knew the feeling all too well – on one hand her first experience with it was welcomed and pleasurable, the second the one that this feeling reminded her of was dark with malicious intent.

The Dark Lord of the Sith had probed her mind, gathering information from her, the training as an SIS agent saved her secrets, and now that training as an agent was going to do it again – this time she had the force and training from a certain Jedi Master. Instantly, she focused on barricading her mind, protecting her most inner secrets, ones that no one could ever know about. As her mind was protected, she continued to gasp for air, trying to stay calm through the ordeal. A hand reached out focusing on his metal arm, she could overload it, but that could cause more harm to the man than necessary.

She had the Force now, she remembered the leaves, but she wasn’t as successful as she needed to be now. Time was running out and Allyson felt the lack of oxygen, quickly with a burst of the force the table and chairs that were near her were flung into the man – hopefully enough chaos to make him break his concentration on trying to choke her to death.

Yuroic had been her master, was her friend, at least she'd thought he was, she'd been sure that he'd back down and see sense right until the point that he'd raised his hand and sent her flying back into the wall. A pained gasp escaped her lips as the impact drove the air out of the girl's lungs, leaving her seeing stars for a moment, unable to process what had just happened. He couldn't have just attacked her...could he?

As Asaraa staggered to her feet, her vision clearing as the air flowed back into her lung the answer to her question became horribly clear. A soundless cry of horror, and anger and sorrow mixed into one, the sound of her heart breaking broke from her lips at the sight that met her. She could feel the darkness roiling of the man as he held Allyson aloft with one hand, wrapping the force around her. This wasn't the man who had helped her through her first steps at the Temple, helped her establish her place in the order, who had shown her how to heal and track. That man had only hurt people where needed, this man...was someone else, someone she didn't like at all. She had heard his confession, the fate that had befallen Yuroic and his parents while he'd been wandering the galaxy. At any other time the story would have drawn her sympathy, an urge to wrap up the man in a hug. But then this wasn't another time, after all, he had just thrown her into a wall and was doing his level best to tear apart Allyon's mind, a fate she'd not have wished on he worst enemy.

"YUROIC!" Asaraa had always had a talent for telekinesis, it had always come easily to her and as her emotions spiked over she wanted him to stop, to let the other woman go. She didn't have to think about it, the force around her surging up to answer her call as she threw her hands forward, the air almost rippling as a wave of force shot forward at the man, a petite valkyrie with eyes of ice following in it's wake, the force granting her a burst of speed as she cocked one hand back behind her.

[member="Allyson Locke"] | [member="Yuroic Xeraic"]

Yuroic searched Allyson's mind, he attempted to hide where she hid his spice supply but he couldn't get past her resistances. He was able to discover other secrets that were coming to the surface, the fact that she was Adele Crawford, the woman he had been seeking to apologise after the events of Zeltron but he hadn't been able to locate her. He could also sense her feelings to Jyoti Nooran, they both cared deeply for one another. He knew that feeling, didn't he? Wasn't that how he had felt towards Jairdain? Didn't he care deeply about Asaraa? No. No, he couldn't have cared about them. Yuroic pushed them both away with ease, they would have fought hard to stick with him if he was a real person. However, Yuroic was only a monster.

Anticipating resistance to his choking of her, he growled at the furniture flung at him. Releasing her throat and mind from his choking and probing, Yuroic gripped the Force and repulsed the furniture away from him. However, his attention was too focused on Allyson that he didn't notice that Asaraa had gotten up from his attack on her, shouting at him and sent a powerful Force Push his way. His body flew in the air as he landed afterwards. His landing was more awkward than he would have liked but it would do as he shook himself and laughed sadistically. His voice was darker and rougher than it normally was as he turned to Asaraa.

"Ahhh. Asaraa, you are clearly ready to be a Knight but you are stopping yourself. Sad, pathetic in a way. Is it because there is secretly something darker inside you, I can sense it. Your emotions have given it away. If you released it, we could work together, I could tell you how to control the Dark Side. How to control the Force and bend it to your will." He smirked as he turned to Allyson. "Allyson, or Adele, or whatever your name is. I did want to say sorry for my behaviour on Zeltron but there we go, instead, you will tell me where my supply really is before I tell the galaxy your undercover name. Think of what the galaxy of criminals might do then to you, or to Jyoti." His smirk widen as his gaze darkened, his body falling into the corruption of the darkness within him, using his vast amounts of self-hate and anger, the light within Yuroic trapped in a prison of it all.

[member="Allyson Locke"] | [member="Asaraa Vaashe"]

Yuroic turned his attention to Asaraa who had finally stepped into help. Allyson fell to her knees and began coughing as she gasped for air. She hated that ability and she wondered why Yuroic would ever resort to it. This darkness that he spoke of, Allyson wondered if there was a whole lot more than his past and the drugs. Something happened to him and he was far out of her reach for this. Her mind first went to contacting Jyoti but decided against it. The woman already had enough on her plate and this was something Allyson was tasked to deal with.

A final cough and gasp as she caught her breath, then Yuroic returned his attention onto her. She listened to him and as he spoke her alias, she felt a cold shiver move down her spine. He pulled out things from her mind, things that were at the surface. She was so focused on other secrets remaining hidden that she forgot one of her most important ones. He brought up Jyoti and her chest tightened. He was able to get enough out of her head to make things shift into his favor.

Her time on Bastion fogged her mind, remembering the Dark Lord’s threats against Kaili Talith. Was it dangerous to be around her? Closing her eyes, she exhaled and then looked towards the dark and broken man. “Don’t make threats to people not involved in this Yuroic. You act as if she can’t handle herself just fine. As for my alias, yes, I am Adele, who would believe you? Unlike you I can cover and scrub my tracks quite well. So, if you feel threatening me like this will get you what you want then fine. Do it.”

Her name in the underworld was low, she had several others, so she would be able to fix whatever damage he would do. “Why can’t you see we’re trying to help you? As for your stash, its gone. Confiscated and destroyed for your own good. Yuroic you need help – for the love of the Force let us help you. Look at you!” Allyson prepared herself for him to lash out. She remembered when she got rid of her stash – being forced to do so, for the better of course. At least she wasn’t alone, Asaraa seemed to be put together enough to deal with him as well.

Allyson still prepared herself for the worst.

[member="Yuroic Xeraic"] [member="Asaraa Vaashe"]

Asaraa's blue eyes shone like diamonds, the blue iris' catching the light, no sign of the usual warmth and humour that characterised the girl, the man's words had seemed to drive all of that away emotion leaving chips of ice in their place. She could feel an ache in her back, the bruised flesh complaining as she moved, a slight hitch in her step as she positioned herself in front of Allyson, arms raised defensively, like a boxer about to step into the ring. "So what, now you have all the answers? You're set on the right path compared to us, the path where you threaten your friends and try to tempt them down to join you in the darkness. What's next? Are you going to say that taking drugs is the best way to see clearly? Is using the force to choke and invade someone's mind your idea of doing things properly? Is this the man who told me that the force guided us, and only the Sith tried to impose their will on it."

She had no idea what was up with the Adelle pseudonym that had seemed to strike such a deep cord with the older woman, but Asaraa was more than happy to protect her from her ex-master until she was back on her feet. "Are you really so far gone that you think this a good idea? To attack the people who're trying to help you, to tear into their minds? Is this really who you want to be? Who you are? Really? I don't care what it is you've done in the past, what memories are torturing you right now? You think you've got it bad?" The girl's voice has risen in volume as she talked, till she was almost shouting at him, raw anger colouring her voice, tears tracing tracks down her cheeks. "You think you've got it bad? I've got the memories of a full-blown Sith in my head? Do you have any idea what that's like? To look at a group of children playing and remembering slicing through a group of children on a planet I've never been to, laughing as their blood coats my face. Force, you have no idea how much I want to lose myself in something, anything to help me forget. But you know what, you're one of the people who kept me sane, even when we could all see you were hurting you took the time to help me with my training. Not letting you down, not letting any of the Jedi, anyone who was depending on me is the only thing keeping me sane. So you can't do this, you don't get to be this person, I need you not to be. So snap out of it! Please Yuroic, if you've done something, anything then tell us. We can help you, that's why we're here, but if this man is who you're going to be, then tell me right now. If the man I respect more than anyone is really gone, if you decided to be like the Sith and just take and hurt people then I'll stop you from hurting anyone else...even if it kills me to do it." This last was said in a voice barely above a whisper, blue eyes looking plaintively at the man.

[member="Allyson Locke"] | [member="Yuroic Xeraic"]

Yuroic's gaze flitted between the two women. Allyson called him on his threat, Jyoti was supposedly strong but Yuroic had been taught by Arisa, a woman he considered much stronger. His mind thought of Arisa, how she wouldn't want him to be down this path. But she left him, she died for nothing and now he was alone and with her. His anger focused on her and the fact she abandoned him when he needed her the most. Gripping his Lightsabers with white knuckles, Yuroic let out a low growl of frustration. He refused to accept the logic and reason that Asaraa was spouting. "Drugs blinded me. They dulled my senses, my emotions, weakened me. Taking them away was your mistake, I am now stronger. I will destroy all that harmed me!" He shouted.

He stared at Asaraa with cold eyes. "Go back to your Master, sure Josh trained you better than I ever could." He snarled, watching her grow closer with Josh had hurt for a long time and now it exploded out of him like venom. Turning to Allyson, he walked towards her. "If there is no more spice, then I thank you for releasing me. I was a fool to fight the darkness. I will be stronger now, smarter. I will be able to defeat all my enemies. Stand in my way and I will cut you down." He could feel the darkness pulling him in as he stared Allyson down, his eyes pained but dark. There was still a part of him trying to resist the fall, to plead for mercy and end his life. He hated what he was doing but at that moment Yuroic wasn't in control, his darkness, his monster had taken over.

[member="Allyson Locke"] | [member="Asaraa Vaashe"]

Allyson stood behind Asaraa, the girl became a buffer between her and the Jedi. A part of Allyson was thankful for the girl, but also worried about her. Yuroic had been someone important to her and to see him like this was probably eating her alive. Clearing her throat, she patted Asaraa on the shoulder and then looked at her. “This isn’t going to be very pretty, I can hold him off – you’re a lot faster than I am. Find help.” Her voice no louder than a whisper and she stepped between the pink haired girl and Yuroic.

“Ah leave her alone. She’s young, don’t burden her with your problems. A Master needs to be the one bearing their student’s problems, teaching them to push forward. You should be thankful that she was here and that the Order took care of her.” Allyson looked over her shoulder and at Asaraa. “Please go get help.” That was the last of it and Allyson sighed softly and crossed her arms.

“You can’t run anymore Yuroic. Hiding behind something that ruins who you are – it’s not living. It really isn’t. You have to accept the bad and the good with life.” A hand raised and rubbed the back of her neck, she could feel the soreness from his force choke growing.

“If getting in your way means I can help save you then, that’s what I’m going to do. I’m not scared of you Yuroic. I’m scared for you. Just let us help you.” He knew who she was, who her alias was and she decided to try and use that to help him. “I couldn’t have made it out of Zeltros without your help you know that. Talk to me, let me help you.” As much as Allyson wanted to strangle Yuroic back for doing what he did to her, she needed to keep him calm until some more help arrived. “I’ll do whatever you want, if you want to fight to burn off this anger then let’s do it, but I’d prefer that you talked – I owe you dinner, right?” She the corner of her lip smiled slightly as she tried her best to move this into a better situation.

[member="Yuroic Xeraic"] [member="Asaraa Vaashe"]

"If you're sure..." Asaraa's voice was soaked with hesitation, her unwillingness to just leave pouring off her, leaving a solid trace in the force as her ice blue gaze flicked over to Yuroic. She wasn’t willing to just leave Allyson alone with Yuroic, it wasn’t that she didn’t think the brunette could handle Yuroic, at least normally. On an average day where wouldn’t be any fight between them, or at least not one that couldn’t be diffused by a few words, a smile and a joke. Only she didn’t think that was so much the case right now.

Asaraa had been Yuroic’s Padawan, the two of them closer to one another than most families were. After everything they’d been through, the fight and the lessons she’d thought there was a connection, the girl thought that she knew Yuroic better than almost anyone apart from Jairdain. But when she look at the man now the man who’d spent time teaching her to heal, taught her to fight, she couldn’t see him. He might have looked the same but the laughter and amusement in his eyes had been replaced with a darkness and anger that left the teenager scared of the man, of what he might do. She could feel the darkness rolling off him, in its own way even more terrifying than the aura of a Sith, this was a Jedi, someone she trusted acting in this way.

Her teeth bit down into the soft flesh of her lower lip, blue eyes narrowing as she looked back and forth between Yuroic and Allyson. “Ok…just please Yuroic, listen to her, don’t do anything you’re going to regret…that I’m going to regret.” Even as she spoke the girl nodded her head, spinning on one foot as she reached out to touch the force. The energy suffusing her body lent her wings as she bent her knees, throwing herself forward. She could reach Master Nooran’s office in little under a minute, and be back in just two or three. Hopefully that would be fast enough to stop Yuroic doing something he’d come to regret after this.

Yuroic lifted his hand to Asaraa as she started to run off and slowed her movements down till she would be paralysed, frozen in place. His gaze never shifting from Allyson as he growled darkly. She tried to appeal to the good inside him but he just remembered the bad and painful moments in his life. "Josh is her Master not me! I was a failure of a teacher, everyone says it! Look at the way Draven was!" Draven was reckless and ended up nearly killing himself and people under his command more often than saving lives. It was a trait Yuroic tried to remove to little effect. Instead he watched helpless as he watched Asaraa grow under Josh better than she did under himself.

"Zeltron. You used me on Zeltron. I was weak and a fool, plundering around like some addict, I was in your way more than helping you. So, you used me to get away and didn't care that I ended up captured and nearly killed." Yuroic hated the person he was on Zeltron, he let lust dictate his actions. It was something he should have known better yet he allowed it to happen even after that. Yuroic used his other hand and blasted a Force Push at Allyson, still attempting to freeze Asaraa in place. "The man I was, he was weak and a fool. He cracked and became a ruin of a man. He was a failure at all he tried to do. He was no teacher, no Jedi and no friend." Yuroic growled darkly.

He stepped forward as his body reached breaking point. His lack of sleep, food and water hit hard, he stumbled then collapsed on the floor, releasing Asaraa if he had trapped her. His eyes returned to their normal colour as the hate dissipated. Realisation hit of what he did, of how he lost control so deeply, Yuroic weeped, though no tears leaked as his body couldn't afford to waste water.

Allyson felt the sting of his words as she sighed. Was she ever this bad? Remembering some of the hurtful things he had said to Jyoti during her own spice addiction, she wondered why the woman had stuck around. A hand moved against her chest as she sighed softly, she was in more pain than she had expected from his choke. The last thing she wanted was to have to go to the medical wing. If she did, then she would have to explain what happened here.

She had one task and she failed it. Suddenly, while Asaraa was making her way towards wherever to get help. A blast of the force hit her. It knocked the air out of her and she was sent flying back into the side of Yuroic’s ship. The contact made her groan with pain and she fell back onto the floor. Hunched over, she coughed up blood from the blast of the Force hitting her. She had continuous respiratory problems from her time on Anoat and both attacks on her body didn’t help the situation.

Coming to her senses she looked over at Asaraa and Yuroic who was now crumpled onto the floor. It took a moment, but Allyson stood up and moved towards the man. Grabbing him, she pulled him to a tight hug knowing the emotions that he was cycling through. First step of withdraw and Allyson did her best to try and comfort him. He was above all her comrade and her friend, she couldn’t walk away from him and Asaraa would be faster. Allyson coughed again into her arm, blood flecked the shirt she wore, but she did her best to try and hide it. They needed to focus on Yuroic.

“Asaraa, are you okay?” A hand rubbed the back of the fallen Knight as Allyson did her best to comfort him. “Call someone for help or something, I don’t think he’s got much left in him now…” Allyson looked down at the man and sighed, she hoped this was the end of it.
