This is largely a long range communications device worn and used by SPECTRE operatives in the field. Disguised as a personal chrono device, it can even be worn in everyday life without risk of exposure. Equipped with a holoprojector, a holonet transceiver, and encryption software, the device can be used to specifically communicate with the SPECTRE data terminal, COPR. Data can be quickly and efficiently accessed without worry of easy interception. Additionally, these devices can be used to communicate between devices with other operatives. The echo pulse and encryption software protect both the data transmission and the device itself from outside interference, while the fingerprint and voice recognition capabilities make it so that only the person coded to use the device can access it, unless someone gets their fingerprint and a crystal clear voice recording (difficult, but possible). This is an essential part of SPECTRE operative gear.
