Soft LOA - weeks or a couple of months

Kid number three shows up soon. I've already downsized my Chaos presence - stepped down from staff and faction admin duty - and now's when I need to post my LOA. There's a reasonable chance I'll be raiding things or making Codex subs at two AM with a baby sleeping on my chest, but no promises.
