At First Glance
It is insanely difficult not to notice Sol. She's tall, statuesque in her appearance, and the fact that her skin tone isn't considered a 'natural' color by human standards, well...she sticks out. The locks of her hair are long, black coils, odd to the touch but by no means unpleasant. Her eyes, while usually a calm and calculated shade of light brown, change color depending on her current emotional state and mood.
First Impressions
Taking that first look at Solana makes her seem very predatory, and that isn't wrong. The woman has no care for the personal space of others, and by no means does it bother her to make other people uncomfortable - in fact, she more or less thrives off of the fact. The more uncomfortable people are, the easier it is to get them to either do what she wants, or make them go away. Beneath the ravenette's hard surface however, lies a sensually flirtatious nature - though while she will flirt to her heart's content and push many a boundary, she will not compromise someone's honor - most of the time.
On the other side of things, when angered Sol is brutal. She's a creature that does not believe in mercy, and acts accordingly. If thoroughly wronged, vengeance is a natural course of action, and Sol will not stop until she gets her revenge.
The Good and Bad Of It
Strengths
Keen eyesight - She has sharp vision, making it easier for her to track movement and see many things much more clearly
Nose Knows - Her sense of smell is impeccable, almost like a hound she can trail a scent, and smell many things from a (short) distance
Hunter - She has a natural nack for hunting, whether its people, objects, or whatever else.
Magical - While some may not consider it 'magical', Sol is quite versed in the art of conjuring up toxin based spells, along with being able to dabble into the illusion tree as well
Weaknesses
Too Bright - With sharp eyes comes the ability to be blinded temporarily by bright flashes of light
Temper - It isn't overly difficult to irritate or even get on Sol's bad side, and her wrath is deadly, thus making her somewhat unpopular
Flirtatious - While she knows 'no means no', her nature around those she's comfortable with is naturally flirty, and she's caused problems for more than a few couples because of the fact
Stubborn - Hard headed doesn't even begin to describe the thickness of Sol's skull. She's as pigheaded and prideful as they come in (most) situations
Here and Now
While Solana is still fairly new to the coven of witches that surround her, she is by no means new to the art of slinging spells. Very little is known about what Sol is, or where she came from, and she seems quite content to leave it that way. In her eyes, the past is exactly that and there is no reason to go digging around in it - at least for herself. If others desire to flit around in their pasts forever, that is there business, not hers. Whatever the case, being alone for quite a long portion of her life had been rough, and so the idea of being around others who would not only understand her, but possibly support her as well? It drove her to finding and joining the numbers...even if her current adjustment period has been a tad bit...awkward, all things about her considered.
