BIOGRAPHY: Solis began serving as an officer in the local Bilbringi Defense Forces, he was an Ensign aboard a number of smaller vessels before being assigned to the remaining Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Wyvern. His assignment on the Wyvern became instrumental to his rise to power. His tenure as a Loyalty Officer as an Ensign aboard the Wyvern involved a number of actions aimed at protecting the sole ISD within the BDF as a whole, assisting in the fending off of numerous pirate boarding actions, attempted mutinies as well as rebellious officers who sought control over the Wyvern for themselves. Solis was ultimately promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander and was given the role of the ships Executive Officer underneath Captain Alavander Skyfire, a mentor to Solis. His promotion to Lieutenant Commander also saw him assigned to the Naval Staff of the BDF's Central Command, with this he grew his political and military contacts and eventually earned himself the promotion to Rear Admiral and command over the Wyvern as a whole.
Solis during this time became a faithful adherent to several New Order ideals that he studied at the local BDF academy. Developing his own ideology known as the "True Order" he became involved in plotting a revival of the Galactic Empire. Over the course of several months Solis had appointed and removed officers who he found to be disloyal or loyalist. This culminated in his "Declaration of the True Order" and he named himself the "Regent of the Galactic Empire", the de facto Emperor in all but title and his nascent empire began in the Bilbringi system.
