Some Ataru? (Javek and Nima Training)

Javek has been spending a plentiful amount of time learning and training. He enjoys learning new things about the the Order and the force all together.

After a moment of rest, Javek decided he'd try something new. He went to visit the training room grabbed one of the training sabers. Javek wore standard black Jedi garments only with a tighter fitting overtunic, sleeves, and pants. Something that allows for more freedom of movement, unlike his more tedious and armor infected wear.

He practiced swings in the most recent form he was taught. As he cut through the air for half a standard hour, he began to feel dots of sweat roll down his cheek.

"Phew..."

Acknowledging his length in practice, he walked over to one of the rooms corners and took a seat. He eventually found himself falling deep in thought...

Nima Tann

Master of Her Own Destiny
Just another day in the Temple, as she slowly woke up from her beauty sleep, she saw her wolf wandering around growling to the refrigirator. Probably, he was hungry again. She smiled, no matter how loud he was, she loved this little(!) guy. And after her holocomm beeped, she understood that it was the time to wake up.

She slowly stood up from her bed and went to the fridge and took a big chunk of meat, and gave it to Ice, her wolf. As the wolf started to eat this lovely feast, she smiled and proceeded to take her belongings from the shelf. Lightsaber, check. Robes, check. She was ready to start her day. Slowly walking towards the exit, she said, with a playful tone in her voice. "Be a good puppy and I'll be back before you know it." The wolf responded with a happy bark, and then continued eating his food.

She headed to briefing room to see if there was any mission today, and sadly there wasn't. Not such a luck for every day, was there? Well, at least she kept her promise to her wolf and return home very early today. As she continued walking, she saw a Padawan there, probably pretty tired, sitting there and wondered where her Padawan was, because he didn't show up for his trainings for weeks, maybe having his own problems, who knew. The curiousity got the best of her as she approached the Padawan.

"Hey there, mind if I sit here?" She said, talking about the seat near to him and smiling to the man.

Javek snapped out of his daze as he was approached by a fellow being. He sat up a bit against the wall and placed his training saber in front of him.

"Of...of course." He wiped a stray bullet of sweat from his forehead. Javek finally caught his breath, but was now more interested in speaking with the twi'lek passing by. He thought he may have met every Jedi at the Academy and Temple, but apparently he was wrong.

She sat slowly and looked at the man, examining his mind a little, that was a little gift that Master Aika gave to her. "Sorry, my bad." She said to the man as she saw that he was a little uncomfortable with this, by the Force, she would be too. Because they've never met before and suddenly she sat near to him without even introducing herself, what was she thinking... Well, she knew what she was thinking. "I am Nima Tann, Master of the Order. I was just passing by and saw you all tired like that, and I guess, I got curious. I am sorry." She smiled sincerely. Well, as sincere as it got of this little awkward aura.

"If you want I can leave you alone." That was another way of saying sorry. Way to go Nima, you've just met someone and you are just making it into another awkward story. Nima was someone always acting with her emotions, and right now her emotions were all mixed up again. So this kind of behaviour was normal to her.

Javek smiled warmly “It’s fine, Master Tann. I was only practicing a bit.” He gazed down toward the floor. “I’m still a bit on the ‘weak’ side, I suppose.”

He let a huff as he straighten his back against the wall. He attempted to not go into much detail about himself whenever meeting someone new. It was difficult. Especially difficult when speaking to any of the Masters at the Temple.

“I apologize Master, I almost forgot my manners. I’m Padawan Tysis. Full name Javek Tysis, if you wish to know.” He stood up mid-sentence and bowed his head in respect.

Javek often appreciated when any of the Masters stopped to even glance at him. And made him feel welcomed, and less like Bantha fodder. Not that he expected to be treated that way by Jedi. But for some reason, he certainly didn't feel as if he'd be treated that way by Master Tann.

He slouched back against the wall, attempting to think of something else to bring up. Javek was a talker, but he found it difficult to converse with someone of superior rank. It was a habit that was good, yet terrible.

"Nice to meet you Javek. But please just call me Nima, you know, I am still not used to talking with titles." She smiled, and continued to examine him. A Jedi had to know the people they talk before actually talking to them, it was like a rule number 10 of being a Jedi. That's why everything was complicated around the people and everyone was awkward around each other.

"And I think that, no one has a weak side, only they lack practice, and people, or experience, to guide them." Ahh, Jedi wisdom... Long time no see. She didn't have a person to guide her for a long time, so the last sentence was half way truth. Looking how tired he was, she thought that he was practicing for combat skills. She lacked practice in combat as well, she was more of a meditation-ist Jedi, but she thought herself as a good fighter none the less.

"Which form are you studying? Maybe I can help you." She offered her help, her Padawan was missing, probably had his own things to do, so training with another Padawan would maybe clear the train of thoughts in her mind. Her lightsaber was around, and the Padawan had his training saber in its hilt, so why not?

She could feel the excitement of a possible duel, at least, she pretended she was pretty excited for it. Be excited, forget him, no use. If she could stop acting with her emotions, that would be great. But Nima was never the kind of people who acted with their brains.
