So, I'm planning on creating a character that is a higher ranking officer in the first order navy, but I need to know what level in the military a character can be made at. If I am correct I can be a commodore or a commander. Is this true?

You can take a look at the ranks listed here in the respective spoiler, and take your pick! Naturally, restricted ranks require IC work and dedicated membership to achieve!
