some serious thought

Darth Vyrassu

Immortal Jen'ari Sith Emperor
Ok so I been racking my brain over this for a year now. For those of you that did not read the book of Revan may not want to keep reading due to spoilers, anyways

We know the story, scourge helped meetra save Revan, Revan and meetra and scourge faces the Emperor, scourge killed meetra the Emperor f*cked Revan's sh!t up,

Now here is the brain buster that I been thinking about, the Emperor put Revan in a stasis state, Revan fought the Emperor mentally for 300 years delaying the invasion, in that 300 years the Emperor had time to continue growing his forces and grow his Sith Armada and then invaded the republic in the largest most well cordinated military strike in star wars history, and it brought the republic to its knees and damn near destroyed it. now I know Revan delayed the invasion for 300 years so his family could live a life of peace, but... But

What IF Revan did not delay the invasion, the Emperors forces would have not been as great as they were 300 years later, so I'm assuming on spitballing here, but if Revan had not delayed the invasion, the Emperor would of launched a massive suicide invasion, the republic would have whipped the Sith Empire's A$$,

What do you think?

Honestly, all Revan did was basically keep the Emperor alive for longer. If he, Meetra, and Scourge had just left Kaas and gone any-freaking-where else in the galaxy, they would've probably been able to rustle up some more Jedi and probably could've won. The Jedi Knight in SWTOR is not stronger than Revan, and the fact that you put the smackdown on the Emperor's Voice and a bunch of the members of his Hand and Children is kind of stupid.

Also, well, the fact that it only took eight people to kick powered-up Revan's sh*t to the ghostly curb pretty much means that the same could've been done to the Emperor when he was at the same level (i.e. before those three went and had their stupid heroic suicide mission)

P.S. - Goddammit, Karpyshyn, write something that assumes the characters have a bit of common sense...

He delayed the invasion because the Republic was too weak to mount a defense against the Empire. Remember that the Republic had just gone through Revan's own shenanigans along with the Sith Triumvirate's attack, and if they were attacked by the Empire they wouldn't have lasted as well as they did after 300 years of rebuilding like they did in TOR.
