HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Charlotte Etten, born REDACTED, was assigned male at birth, making her the second son and middle child to a minor Hapan noble family. Her mother, Eleanor, and her father, Adamus, have claimed distant ancestral ties to the Queen Mother's lineage, though these proclamations remain dubious and unverified. She was very close with her elder brother, Kesegi, who passed away at the age of 12 due to accidental drowning. Charlotte was just 8 years old at the time and her younger sister, Percelly, was just a toddler.

After passing her school exams, Charlotte attended university on Hapes to study interplanetary relations. At the start of her second year she transferred to the University of Corellia. It was on Corellia she met a boy, Louen Louis , joined student activist groups advocating for universal sentient rights in the GA, and began questioning her own gender identity. She transitioned soon after.

Much of her activism revolved around campaigns to demand the University of Corellia divest from those planetary governments and Inner Rim corporations that opposed the Equal Rights Act. This campaign was ultimately unsuccessful, the students were violently cracked down on, and the university continued as though nothing happened (the ERA would end up passing a Senate vote, however). This would ultimately serve to radicalize her further, though she always adhered to a strict doctrine of non-violence.

After graduating from University, Charlotte began finding work with NGO's, providing disaster relief to refugees and migrants from the Mid Rim.
