Intent: To create a stun/knockout gas for Agnusdei to use as an offensive weapon, defensive tool, and plot device.
Development Thread: The Journals of Etorre Agnusdei, M.D. - Volume V
Manufacturer: Doctor Agnusdei
Model: Somnus Gas
Affiliation: Doctor Agnusdei
Modularity: Mask gas dispersion device, aerosol spray canister.
Production: Limited
Material: Somnus gas, aerosol canister
Description:

Somnus gas was created by Doctor Agnusdei to aid in capturing intact and unharmed test subjects, though it can be repurposed into a more offensive or defensive tool if needed. The gas is a inhaled and skin absorbed anesthetic that causes disorientation, confusion, loss of balance, and loss of cognitive skills for low doses and loss of consciousness in higher doses/exposure. The gas can easily be loaded into his mask or into any aerosol spray canister for use. The effects are noticed about fifteen to twenty seconds after inhalation, or thirty to forty seconds for skin exposure. Disorientation and similar effects last for roughly fifteen to twenty minutes after exposure for low doses while loss of consciousness can last for one to four hours depending on dosage/exposure levels.

Obviously, the gas can be thwarted by respiratory and environmental gear with little to no effect depending on the quality of the gear used.

First, Dev thread looks good. Nothing there.
Did you make a tech submission for hour mask at all? If so, please links to that.

Alright. Needed to check that the chemical could be placed in the mask.
What quality respirator and environmental suit would be required for this to be negated?
Also, what constitutes as high/low dosage? If I were to receive one second of spray, then would I be disoriented or unconscious?

Any fully sealed respiratory gear and environmental suit would suffice, honestly. As for high/low dosage, it's really up to plot convenience, honestly. If someone wants to say they've taken a high or low dose, that's up to them. Generally speaking it only takes a few milliliters to affect someone in a low dosage, but with uncontrolled aerosol, that can vary. Really, it's however the defending or receiving PC wishes to rp their reactions in a case by case basis.

Alright. Let any PC targets know that when you use it.
Abuse and suffer.
