Sorenn-Syrush Banking is a small Banking establishment on Cato Neimoidian that acts in many ways more like a Credit Union than an actual bank - the name Sorenn-Syrush Banking was thus chosen to ensure the easiest possibility of acronyms SSB. Its primary focus is not on lining the pockets of the shareholders more so than it is focused on providing for the community - using the wealth that is provided and backed by its generous owners and donations - to help start up workshops and small companies alike. Sorenn-Syrush Banking provides a service to the community of Cato Neimoidia and to a larger extend the communities of the Commenor Systems Alliance by providing a means to procure loans at a substantial - and fair - interest rate to aid local communities and individuals that would otherwise be turned down by other banks or financial establishments.

While the company holds her name, Amelia Sorenn-Syrush is not the sole owner of Sorenn-Syrush Banking. After holding a meeting with [member="Lady Kay"] and [member="Natalie LaForte"] - and discussing the base particulars of the idea - she managed to secure a non-direct agreement of backing. Thus Sorenn-Syrush Banking is owned and operated equally by the three women, with equal shares. While each have a say in how SSB should be run, it is often - by at least Amelia - left to the hands of the managers of the company locally. In many ways Amelia herself prefers that SSB is not micromanaged and she believes that the employees will hold to the charter and primary focus of aiding others than squeezing a profit out of its clients.
