Goals/Missions: Simply to learn and grow in the force and magics until the witches or nightsisters call and need aid
Ideas: Work to recruit and bring back the ones who are spread out like @[member="Elayne Hawk"], recruit new witches and work to make it appealing. We were welcomed to help the mando's at the sacking and destruction of Dromund Kaas and only one of us showed up but it was fun rampaging through the city and palace riding rancor. The mando's used the invasion to spark activity and where they were struggling to make check in last month now they had a bunch and several new members

Force Philosophy: Self achievement theory: This theory is based on the belief that a person's limits is only ones imposed upon themselves by which now they are willing to within reason utilize anything for power through self discovery. Under her recently leadership the Nightsisters' natural numbers increased as far as npc wise and has adopted a small academy worth of Sith Assassins that is basically like an exchange of information and power. Technology is allowed but not enforce so life is still livable for those who adhere to the older ways.
Goals/Missions: Bring the Nightsisters from under the Mandalorians, gain their own independence and more importantly Dathomir back to themselves.
Ideas:
Pretty much already explained and right now I'm just icly recruiting and attempt to get a following for the movement.

Goals/Missions: Bring balance between all the clans and achieve real unity.
Ideas: More activity (starting with me, of course), more training, more team work in threads...

• Goals/Missions: In the context of the Witches, my role is simply that of educator and assistant. I am here to help in whatever way I possibly can. In general, my ultimate aim is to become the first, bonafide Dread Master in SWRP history and to look good doing it.

Ideas
(Just spitballin' here, feel free to slap me at any time @Petra)

• Each Clan should have a specific role/specialization/purpose that sets it apart from the others. Something that makes it unique and would encourage PCs to be made to join it.
  
• Qualifications/Requirements should be set into place regarding the Council.
  
• The promotion process should be standardized.
  
• Most every major faction on the site has it's own Order of Force users. The Republic has the Jedi, the Empire has the Sith, Atrisia has their Shadow thing, the CIS has the Templars, etc etc etc. I think that the Witches should follow suit and become -the- hub for Force utilization/training within Mandalorian territory. If there are FUs in the Mandos, they should be trained and elevated by the hands of the Witches. Does this mean that, potentially, you'll have beskar-wearing, spell-slinging badasses running around? Absolutely. Is this a tremendous change from canon? Absolutely.
  
  The simple fact is, Dathomir has typically kept to itself...but now it is apart of Mandalorian territory. The way of the Mandos is that all peoples within its borders are considered Mandos, so let's play with that concept. Through this, we could potentially see growth in both the Mando faction and a tsunami of activity for the Witches.

Force Philosophy: Majorly is Witches with a mix of Sith Sorc and Alch, Jensaasai, and Shapers

Goals/Missions: On the personal side, slowly rebuild and get back to her old jobs and fun. It is going to bleed over to faction as she wants to use the clans to rebuild it all instead of how she did it last time. More a group thing than solo so it can't die if she is killed.

Current Factions: Mandalorians, CIS, Silent Conclave
Force Philosophy: Primarily Witch and Keetael, with substantial Jedi and Vahla experience and some Duinuogwuin, Kro Var Shapers, and Fallanassi thrown in (and a hint of Aing-Tii). On the whole, like a Keetael or a Mando, Ember believes the Force is nothing more than a tool, regardless of alignment.

Goals/Missions: The plan is to continue supporting the Mandalorians, running covert ops, training their Force-sensitives, and fleeting for them when necessary.
Ideas: A more streamlined presentation and set of criteria for promotion is absolutely essential.

Goals/Missions: Get back into the swing of things, studying from Elder Witches and Sith Masters. Preferably find some other Force Users of other teachings as well.
Ideas: United WoD under Cavataio ruling again. I mean, lets make nice, the outsiders are the enemy unless they're being used for teachings. Group threads, training and the likes.
