  • Resistances (For each category choose from: None, Very Low, Low, Average, High, Very High, Extreme Ratings of High, Very High, and Extreme will need to be added as strengths with elaboration.)
- Blasters (And other plasma type weapons): Average
- Kinetic: Low
- Lightsabers: Average
- Environmental: Very High

SPECIAL FEATURES

Strengths:
  • Environmental Resistance: Thanks to the design intent of the SISU-4, it is highly resistant to all forms of environments, such as extreme heats, colds or other hazards.
  • Light: To aid with the exploration and recon that this armour is intended to be used for, the armour is particularly light and flexible.
  • Subtle: Though it does not include a true cloaking device, the SISU-4 includes pseudo-stealth systems that aid its user in being harder to detect, at least more than normal.
Weaknesses:
  • Kinetic Weakness: The SISU-4 is weak to actual kinetic force such as brought on by telekinesis or simply falling.
  • Ion Weakness: Having no actual defense against Ion Weaponry, this armour's more delicate systems are highly vulnerable.
DESCRIPTION

Designed as a new initiative to aid with exploring Wild Space, the SISU-4 was requested by the Sovereignty shortly after the S0-1 Battle Armour was produced. Intended to be light, efficient and help its user be quick on their feet in any kind of environment, the SISU-4 is a practical and adaptable armour, though it isn't meant for frontline combat at all; while providing decent protection against Blasters, a decent fall or a push against a wall is going to hurt like hell, with the armour doing little to cushion it. As the armour became more about recon and scouting operations, materials and systems that aided the user in not being detected or seen as easily were included, to try and aid in these specific situations.

Hi there, I'll be your judge for this submission. Concept looks great and the formatting is pretty snazzy, but I need a few things hashed out real quick before I can stamp this approved:
  • You forgot to put an Affiliation for this submission. Drop whatever in there, be it your faction or simply your company.
  • There's quite a few pseudo-stealth systems on the armor and there doesn't seem to be a mention of this capabilities anywhere in this submission. I'd like to see these functionalities to be annotated in a strength at the very least. You're more than welcome to expand upon them in the Description section as well.
  • Magnetic Seals: The wookiepedia article states "Magnetic seals were designed to repel any particles that tried to penetrate them, rendering traditional weapons useless against them — blaster bolts would simply bounce off." Is the seal's function in this regard relevant to the armor at all? Or does it simply factor into the environmental systems?
I think those are the only discrepancies I saw. Please tag me when the edits have been made. Thanks!

D'oh. That's totally my fault on the affiliation, have added The Sovereignty to correct that.

The ability to be harder to detect while wearing the armour's been added to strengths, and I've extrapolated on it a little bit within the description.

The Magnetic Seals are purely for protecting from the environment and the vacuum of space, in the case of this submission, I've mentioned in the Materials that the Magnetic Seal is purely environmental, so it doesn't offer extra protection against blasters.
